Vacation home 200 m from the beach in Nybrostand. Pool (5 x 9 m) in private pool area with sauna and shower. There is a large heated pool in Nybrostrand. On the way to Ystad is Sandskogen with a beach promenade, cafes and restaurants. Ystad is a half-timbered idyll with 300 year old houses. In Från find the best preserved monastery in the north, it dates from 1267. The resort of Ystad with galleries, stores, etc.: 6 km boat from Ystad to Poland and Bornholm. By train you can reach Malmö in about half an hour and then Copenhagen. Other excursion destinations are Ale Stenar, Ystad Zoo and Glimmingehus.

Lortigt och trasigt

Ett vackert, rymligt och välplanerat hus på ett enormt bra läge. Men riktigt vanskött! Lortigt och stökigt både ute och inne. Trasiga utemöbler ”av hög kvalité”. Trasig oanvändbar terassmarkis. Skräpigt på terassen, fimpar i stuprören. Gasolgrillen från bilderna var en lortig klotgrill. Två tv-apparater var i verkligheten en. På den andra kunde du bara se dvd. Vem gör det? Huset har internet men routern är borttagen så hyresgäster saknar wi-fi. Äckliga och fläckiga kuddar och madrasser. Riktigt skitigt i köket, luckor med gammal mat, handtag med klet. Flammiga smetiga speglar. Varför gamla äckliga toaborstar när en ny kostar 10:- på Ikea? Soptunnan var halvfull när vi checkade in. Vi uppmanades att slänga så lite som möjligt! Samt sortera och slänga i kommunens (överfulla) containrar!!! Sammafattningsvis var mycket trasigt och fastigheten är lortig. Vi betalade rejält för detta hus, ett 5-stjärnigt hus. Novasol som förmedlar fastigheten säjer att de besökt alla objekt. Då undrar vi; hur kan detta ha fått fem stjärnor?...
