The house is comfortably furnished and from the living room you have access to 2 balconies with beautiful sea views. The outdoor areas are also very nice and well kept, offering shady corners even on the hottest days of the Sicilian summer. The second bathroom is accessible only from the outside. Arrival only 4 - 8 pm.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 12.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.
