Prepare yourself for a luxurious escape at our Echo Bay retreat, featuring a brand-new hot tub for ultimate relaxation. This upscale home is perfect for a couples' weekend, with professionally decorated interiors and breathtaking views that ensure a unique and special experience. Due to its refined ambiance, we recommend this home for guests aged 16 and older. The scenic drive around the lake to your Echo Bay Luxury Getaway will set the tone for an unforgettable stay.

The Space:

Main Level:
- Kitchen
- Dining area with seating for 8 at a beautiful glass table
- Living area with a large flat-screen TV, sectional couch, chess table, door to deck, and floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing stunning lake views
- Master Bedroom #1: King bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with standing shower, and access to the back deck
- Guest Bedroom #2: Queen bed, flat-screen TV
- Full bathroom
- Hallway includes a full-size washer and dryer and access to the garage with a ping pong table and bicycles

Upper Level:
- Master Suite #2: Features a coffee bar, sitting area, and queen bed. This suite has its own deck with a sitting area and a luxurious bathroom with a soaking tub and oversized standing shower. Enjoy heated floors for added comfort.

Outdoor Areas:
- Upper deck with a table for 6 and access to the grill
- Lower deck featuring the hot tub, fire pit, and seating area. Both decks include heating units and offer views of the beautifully landscaped surroundings and lake below.

The Neighborhood:
Echo Bay is a peaceful development area about a mile and a half off the lake highway, ideal for walking and enjoying a safe environment. Please note, this area does not have garbage service. We provide garbage cans, but kindly ask that you take any waste to local lake refuse areas during day trips.

Cancellation Policy:
A cancellation will incur a processing fee of 4% of the total reservation amount to cover credit card expenses, deducted from any refund issued.

This is a primo spot in a primo location

This spot is awesome. Super clean, manicured landscape, everything is as pictured and home was spacious and comfortable. Very organized property management, easy instructions for access, usage and taking full advantage of the amenities and feature of this home and its location. If I owned such a property? This is how I’d rent it out. Everything was so well organized, that it made enjoying the home as the amenities and local area that much sweeter. Only issue we had was a bee hive started forming on the back porch. Management company responded immediately, pest control arrived next day and issue was resolved. Excellent service. When we go back? We’ll rent this property again with no hesitation.

Beautiful and peaceful home

It was a lovely home with beautiful views of the lake!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent there. The only issue we had was it was a little far to drive to Coeur D'Alene. (About 35 min) Especially going back and forth to the Spokane airport, which was over an hour each way. Other than that we loved our Idaho vacation!!! I would highly recommend this home if you don't mind the distance.

Wonderful property with amazing view!

We had 6 adults and the property was more than spacious. Beautifully decorated and very clean. We loved just being able to sit with a fire and overlook the lake. I grew up in the area so the location sure flooded me with memories. Easy access with self checkin. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Breathtaking views

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was beautiful inside. There were six of us and we had plenty of room to enjoy all the inside and gorgeous outside deck. The views were amazing. We sat outside a great deal because it was so enjoyable and relaxing! There was an amazing fire pit where we had delightful conversations each evening as well as s’mores. We highly recommend this property for it’s comfort, beautiful decor, outdoor views and sitting areas.

Amazing View

Very fun property. We had a fire outside and inside which was super nice. Roasted hotdogs outside and cozied up by the woodstove inside. Super comfortable beds AND pillows! The master suite is divine! Lovely bath with view of the lake. The master also has a cute balcony that is fun with a cup of coffee in the morning! It is very well furnished with kitchen items and games, even a ping pong table that we had so much fun at! Loved this property!
