Brand new top-floor condo in the heart of Capitol Hill, steps away from restaurants, bars, supermarkets, subway station. Minutes from downtown/SLU.
Open views, balcony, oversized king bed in a dedicated bedroom, sleeper sofa, new stainless steel appliances (inc. XL in-unit washer/dryer), working desk, and huge kitchen island.
The unit contains a dedicated workspace that consists of an adjustable desk, office chair, ultra-wide 34 inch monitor, and a connectivity hub.
Parking:
There is zoned street parking available for residents. If you need a parking spot, I will get a permit for you so that you can park without restrictions.
Air conditioning:
There is no central A/C in the condo. There is a portable air conditioning unit that exhausts through a sealed window, as well as a regular fan.
Community rules:
Prior to your arrival (3 days at the latest), you will need to 1) sign a standard WA lease agreement, 2) agree to the condominium community rules, and 3) undertake a background check (will be paid by us).
These are required by our condominium community for the safety of all the residents.

Our home is new and clean, really quiet and comfy with open view and a sweet balcony! It is in a perfect location with really good public transportation, supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, nightlife within walking distance!
