Ground floor: living room, kitchen, mezzanine with office, separate WC. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with shower room (walk-in shower) and private WC (1 double bed 140x200 cm). 2nd floor under slope: open bedroom with bathroom (walk-in shower) and private WC (2 single beds 80x190 cm), dormitory with bathroom (walk-in shower) and private WC ( 6 single beds 80x190 cm and 4 single bunk beds 80x190 cm). Sheets included, beds made on arrival. Private tarmac course and 1 parking space. Very comfortable gîte enjoying a privileged location in the heart of the Haute Maurienne valley. Interior carefully decorated, cozy and warm. Mountain spirit. Large rooms. Dormitories with private bathroom.
