This tiny house pocket farm is surrounded by a small fenced-in yard with a pond nestled below. Located about 1.5 miles from a boat ramp on Lake Hartwell. The tiny house features a loft bedroom and sleeper sofa, refrigerator/freezer, sink, microwave, toaster, air fryer, two electric eyes, coffee maker, large screened-in porch, outdoor fire pit, and outdoor grill, locking gate. Practice living on a farm before you buy one! You won't want to leave. The home features wi-fi with Netflix on the tv.
Two of our newest residents include the young bulls, freckles and frisky. They are friendly but please keep your pets in the guests fenced area around the cabin. The bulls love their pictures taken and enjoy treats.
