The Ruchere 31 km cross-country skiing. Swim & beach at 200 m (lac d'aiguebelette). Swimming pool 14 km. Golf course 25 km. Shops 4.5 km. Exit motorway 1 km. Total floor area: 20 m² (attic parts included). Small contemporary style chalet, spirit \"cabanon scandinave\", located at 200 m of Lake aiguebelette & the beach. " Residential hamlet quiet overlooking the Lake nestled in the heart of the front country Savoyard 17 km from Chambéry (motorway 1 km). South-Eastern hillside. Very good comfort. Ultra cozy & pampering. Lots of charm. Balcony-terrace exposed + nice terrace shaded. Wonderful panorama view over Lake & the massif. Nearby amenities.
