New appliances, a stone-throw to 5 restaurants, a 7/11 Convenience Store and Gas station, a public park with playground, cookout area with grills, and a fishing pier and fish cleaning station. Cross the street and access the secluded Sunset Beach with its out-of-this world sunsets. Can't get more romantic! Incredible location, perfect for making lasting memories and for coming back every ye.ar
