Great family vacation

Island Club is a fantastic family resort on Folly Beach. The villa was close to the beach and the pools and was comfortably furnished.

Folly Field-Island Club

Island Club is wonderful. Great location, pools, playground, beach access. Everything in the listing is very accurate. We really liked the unit. We will definitely stay there in the future!

Great Island Club condo

We have been coming to the island club for the past 6 years and this stay was fantastic. Condo was well appointed and just as described. Plenty of extra beach stuff which was great!

Great location and amenities…

Nice complex with heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, bike rentals and a great beach. This unit was clean and had the necessities covered. We would return!

Cozy beach condo

We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay at the island club 2 bedroom condo. It has everything we needed for a family of 4 adults. The cost was reasonable. We could walk to the beach and play games or bbq on the property. The condo balcony has a view of a pond and did not have a view of the ocean. The ocean could be seen through the bedroom window. The kitchen and bathrooms are not updated but are clean and in very good condition. Overall it was perfect for the family reunion we celebrated in Hilton head island.

the condo is in need of major updates. First being carpeting & couch/loveseat & dining chairs. They all had stains & were worn out. It is also in need of a deep cleaning!

Enjoyed our stay.

This property is a good value. It is accurately described except for the fact that the trees need to be trimmed to enhance the ocean view. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was attentive when we encountered a slight problem when trying to reprogram the main television. We would stay here again when visiting Hilton Head.

We loved how close this unit was to the beach, no roads to cross. It has a nice view of the pond and the wildlife that plays there. Overall a great place. We enjoyed our stay

Great family locatiom

Selected unit for self and two older grandchildren, Due to work and illness they were unable to come. Unit has all services, movies galore, was very clean and comfortable plus right on beach and ocean. Highly recommend for family or adults.

Perfect for my crew!!

The location of this place cannot be beat. It is a very short walk on the beach mats to the water. I brought a wagon and found it easier to transport our beach gear without it. Speaking of beach gear, my kids were so excited that there were already floats, skim boards and and boogie boards there! The condo was pretty clean and worked well for our family. The kitchen could use some updates, but I found the price of the unit to reflect that. We would definitely stay here again!

Good location, but needs updating and thorough cleaning

Communication w owner was excellent, and location of condo complex is great, very close to beach, and condo was very reasonably priced. However, the condo was disappointing. It was dirty—floors were sticky, kitchen counters, hood, cabinets, etc all had cooking splashes; coffee maker, blender, oven were all dirty; bathrooms not wiped clean. We actually wondered if we had arrived prior to the official cleaning. Owner was apologetic, refunded some of our money, and said he’s in process of replacing cleaning service. Cooking supplies like pots and pans are very old and worn; same with some of the furniture- dining room chairs need replaced, no support left; kitchen chairs are rusty. Blue bathroom towels were stained w bleach marks. There were no cleaning supplies in the condo, and the broom and mop were filthy. The view from the condo is primarily a nice pond view—the balcony probably had a beautiful ocean view a few years ago before the trees grew. There is limited Ocean view now from master bedroom. We will definitely stay in the Island Club complex again, but not this condo, unless the owners make improvements to the supplies and cleaning service.
