In wide and quiet hilly landscape lies this estate. In the main building (1st st.) are 4 spacious vacation apartments (6 in total. See also ITS161-162-163.). The park-like garden offers various seating areas in the shade of old trees. A small playground and table tennis are shared by all guests, as is the sunny pool with its panoramic terraces. The right place for guests who primarily want to relax in peace and perhaps enjoy the sunset with a good glass of wine. For children, at the same time, an ideal area to play and explore the lush nature of the land. But there are also various charming towns in the area such as Siena, San Gimignano or Volterra. Crib on request. Unpaved access, not suitable for low cars or sports cars (2 km). Beach volley field for communal use. Free wifi reception in common areas, shared covered terrace (300 sqm).



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open : medio May-end Sept..

Auf Duschewand stand schon: dirty als wir ankamen! Ameisen! Schnaken, Käfer Im Schlafzimmer

Außenanlagen schön. Hat Potenzial. 2km Feldweg nicht für normale Autos geeignet. Die Wohnung innen: alles lieblos zusammengewürfelt. Wenig, schlechtes Geschirr. Im 2 Schlafzimmer. Kein Fenstergitter, deshalb Stechmücken massenweise. Aus den Steinmauern kamen die Ameisen in Kolonnen, Käfer und große Tausendfüßler. Das Bad: die Wasserhähne waren verkalkt,die Dusche verkalkt, schmutzig und die Wände schon blind. Ein Witzbold hatte schon auf die Wände dirty geschrieben! Das hat die Putzfrau anscheinend nicht gestört. Geschirr war spärlich und in nicht besonders gutem Zustand. Haus und Anlage haben durchaus Potenzial!! Pool war toll und wurde auch gepflegt. Aber für den Zustand im Innern müsste dringend renoviert, die kaputten bzw. nicht mehr vorhandenen Fliegengitter erneuert und hübscher eingerichtet werden. Am allerwichtigsten aber: die Löcher in den hübschen Steinwänden verschließen, durch die die Kolonnen an Käfern, Ameisen und anderen Kriechtieren ins Haus ( v.a.Schlafzimmer hinten kommen). Das hat uns richtig genervt. Wenn diese Probleme behoben werden könnte es dort wunderschön sein.
