**This building is in the heart of the Romantic Zone directly across from Co-De Nightclub, which on Friday and Saturday nights has music. Guests of this home should be ready for a vibrant downtown stay. The bedroom is located away from the outter walls of the building and getting rest when desired is not a problem for most guests.

**Smoking Prohibited*** Please note that The State of Jalisco now has a law against smoking in close proximity to others, this also applies for vaping and electronic cigarettes. This home including all parts of the building, terraces and balconies are none smoking. The state and HOA will impose fines for any violations. Thanks for your understanding.

• No visitors may be registered or granted access after 12:00 a.m.
• Failure to comply with community regulations may result in a minimum fine of $100 USD per infraction.
This is the standard penalty; however, more serious or repeated violations may lead to immediate expulsion from the property or legal action, at the sole discretion of Pavilion management.
