The house was modernized in 1992 and has all imaginable comforts, for example a 40 m² swimming pool with counter-current system. In the pool area are also light stone walls, clinker floors and a large whirlpool for 5 people, sauna and separate toilet and shower and plenty of living space. A large extra bathroom with underfloor heating is part of the house. The brightly kept kitchen is combined with the living room and cozy, light stained walls, parquet floors and carpets. The large windows let you look out onto the property, where the partially open terrace also awaits you. You are here in the middle of nature and yet not far from the city.
