Escape to the lake with your family and enjoy this brand new lakefront harborview condo, situated on Possum Kingdom. Unit is near PK Patterson Marina, and 5 minutes to Hells Gate by boat. After a long day on the lake, retreat back and enjoy your time at the stunning pool area equipped with BBQ's, hot tub, and fire-pit. It's the perfect place for winding down with family and friends.

INSIDE THE HOUSE

This property sleeps up to 8 guests with a King bed in the master bedroom and two queens in the guest room. Each room is equipped with smart T.V's and free internet. There is a Restoration Hardware Gel foam pullout queen sofa bed in the living area with a 75" smart T.V. Dining table seats up to 6 people with two counter stools at the kitchen island. This private end unit is situated on the ground floor with easy access to the lawn, pool area, entertaining pavilion, laundry room, and workout center.

THE LOCATION

Nestled along Possum Kingdom Lake, you’re perfectly situated to rent a boat or jet ski right outside your door at the marina. Head on down to Hells Gate which is only a 5 minute boat ride. Enjoy the surrounding natural beauty, whether it’s a hike or bike ride along the lake, golfing (15 minutes away), or walk to a nice dinner at Hemingway’s on the lake.

The property is gated with open parking but does NOT allow boat or trailer parking.

Perfect location in PK

Our family stayed here for our fall break and it was absolutely wonderful. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed and the owner even had s’more supplies waiting for us upon arrival. We sat by the fire pit each night and our kids loved making the s’mores. And the pool is just steps from the condo’s patio and we loved walking to dinner at Hemmingway’s. We will be back as soon as we can.

Condo on Possum Kingdom Lake

This condo is at the end of the building with a great view of the marina and lake. It is very quiet, very welcoming, and very comfortable. We were there in the middle of the week so we had the pool to ourselves. Hemingway's is within walking distance and has a fabulous patio and menu!

This is a great condo in a great location!

This is a great condo for being near the water at a marina, near a restaurant, and near all of the things that you are there to do. Fully stocked, looks like new, and has everything you need. The condo complex is small (maybe 15 units) but there is pool, hot tub, a terrific grill area, laundry, and fitness area. We all loved it and would pick it specifically when we return.

Another Fantastic Stay

This was our second time staying at this property and it was another excellent experience. Great communication, very clean condo and love the location! We tried the restaurant next door and enjoyed it for lunch. Look forward to staying again next time we’re in Graford!

Very clean and comfortable condo right on the marina. Close enough to walk to Hemmingways and the Pie House. Nice patio area that opens up to a nice grass lawn are to get to the pool and spa. Would highly recommend.

We just had an amazing stay at this property . The location is ideal on the ground floor. The furnishings are beautiful and the sheets and beds are super cozy! The kitchen is appointed well and last but not least, the owners are very responsive. I highly recommend.

Perfect Labor Day Weekend.

Condo was perfect. Large open living room & kitchen area. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Kids were able to sleep on fold out couch which was comfy. Quick walk to the pool and hot tub. Nicely decorated and clean.

Beautiful place

We had a great time here! There were 5 adults on our trip and we had everything we could possibly need including towels for the pool. The whole building is new, clean and well kept. The condo had high ceilings, stylish decor, extremely comfy beds and plenty of space to lounge and watch a movie in the evening. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Tremendous!

We love PK and this unit helped make the experience more memorable. The finishes in the unit are first class. Location cannot be beat as it is a short boat ride to Hells Gate, The Cliffs, and Hemingways restaurant is 100 yards away.

The Harbor PK Gem

Wonderful, well appointed condo at the Harbor at Possum Kingdom. We rented for a weekend as our friends have a place at the Harbor and we needed additional space to accommodate additional family members. Property was immaculate and well appointed. My son loved the Restoration Hardware pullout sofa in the living room. Owners were kind and courteous. My wife left a medicine bag behind and they graciously returned it to us via mail. Will definitely return.
