Charming apartment in a peaceful medieval hamlet with only 6 apartments. Particularly beautiful and wide view of the hills. Quiet location. Large common green area and sun terrace near the swimming pool. Small circular swimming pool (diam. 2,5 m) and club house with dining room and small kitchenette. Tips for excursions: Todi, with stores of all kinds and one of the most beautiful old towns of Umbria 8 km, Orvieto 22 km, Perugia 50 km. See also the adjacent apartment IUP615.
