Independent house on a large estate, where the house of the owners is also located. Surrounded by wooded hills, it is absolutely quiet and has a beautiful view over the countryside. Access by 0.9 km gravel road. Distances: 5 km Montegabbione (grocery store), 12 km supermarket, 15 km Città della Pieve, 35 km Orvieto and Lake Trasimeno, 140 km Rome, 150 km Florence. Large areas with natural grass, swimming pool, outdoor shower, parking and space for outdoor dining.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Outdoor private pool on site is open June - medio September.
