It is located in a historic country house on a private property of 5 hectares, on a gentle hill above a beautiful valley with characteristic Umbrian villages. The house has been renovated and transformed into 4 spacious vacation apartments (IUP758, IUP759, IUP760 and IUP761), which can also be booked together for 16 sleeps with the house number IUP773. Enjoy the quiet location and panoramic views of the surrounding area. Each apartment has a private outdoor area with garden furniture and a barbecue. The pool and sun terrace are for communal use. IUP759 has a private garden and is separated from IUP758 by a hedge. Distances: 1.6 km grocery stores, 7 km Marsciano (stores of all kinds), 10 km Deruta (very famous for its pottery), 20 km Perugia, 30 km Assisi. The Umbria region with its mix of culture, tradition, unspoiled nature and gastronomic specialties is guaranteed to surprise you!
