The full kitchen is fully stocked with toaster, pots, utensils, dishware. Pets are welcome to join you on your trip here, but must be pre-approved.
Guests have access to commercial-grade laundry facilities and 2 bikes to get you around Midtown easily and quickly, with locks, lights and 1 helmet.

I love to visit places that I don't need a car to explore from. This building is *easy* to walk or ride to get to groceries, fancy coffee, restaurants, museums, Truckee River, Virginia Lake, tennis courts and much more.
What makes this property unique
This place is part of a great neighborhood and the neighbors are friendly and looking out for each other. The house has lots of vintage charm, while also being quite functional.
