Small, practical cottage on a plot that lets you enjoy the ambience in the middle of Gotland. Here you stay in a central location on Halla in Dalhem by the Roma Monastery, and simply ideal for trips all over the island. The cottage is surrounded by a common, spacious plot of 10,000 m², where garden furniture and barbecue are provided. On the same plot is also cottage S42123.

Praktisch eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und preiswert

Wir waren im August 2018 eine Woche zu Gast auf dem Anwesen des Vermieters und im kleinen, sehr individuell gestalteten Ferienhaus untergebracht. Unser Doppelbett stand in einer Nische des Wohnbereichs; daneben gab es noch einen kleinen Schlafraum mit Doppelstockbett - man kann hier also durchaus auch als Familie mit zwei Kindern unterkommen. Die Ausstattung war komplett; wir haben nichts vermisst. WLAN und ein großer Flachbild-TV (leider ohne deutsche Programme) sorgten für ausreichende Abendunterhaltung. Praktisch: überdachte Terrasse am Hauseingang; angenehm: Sonnenterrasse (Abendsonne) mit Blick in die Weite. Bad mit Dusche ein bischen eng, aber es funktionierte. Vermieter wohnt auf dem gleichen Grundstück, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit; Verständigung leider nur in englisch möglich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft liegt nahezu in der Mitte von Gotland, so dass wir jeden Punkt der Insel mit dem PKW gut erreichen konnten.

Großzügiges Ferienhaus

Sehr netter Vermieter vor Ort. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden und sauber. Das Bad war vom Vormieter nicht gereinigt worden. Großer TV mit vielen Kanälen. Schöne Terrasse mit großem Garten und Blick über die Felder.
