Cottage with private outdoor area (200 m²) in hilly position. It is part of a farm estate producing wine and olive oil. For communal use: pool area and extensive grounds with tennis court, barbecue area and children's playground. Baby crib on request. Shared washing machine (5.00 euros). Internet included in the price but on request. One room with bathroom is accessible from the terrace. Ideal for young families who love nature and exercise: hiking trails lead from the house to the woods and the lake. Distances: Magione 3 km, Castel Rigone 7 km, Lake Trasimeno 8 km. Unpaved driveway.
