Large, sun-soaked beach condo in the heart of Wildwood, NJ, located 1.5 blocks from the beach and boardwalk. This beautiful beach escape is perfectly situated: walking distance to all of the action when desired, while still being quiet enough when it's time to relax.

Looking for somewhere to stay for a cheer, wrestling or gymnastics competition this spring? The Convention Center is a short 10 minute walk away (3 blocks).

Perfect spot for weekend at convention center

We stayed here for a two-day cheer competition at the Wildwood Convention Center and it was perfect for what we needed! The hosts were extremely thorough and communicative, and they kindly accommodated our late checkout due to competition times on Sunday. The property was clean, had all of the amenities we needed, was walking distance to the WCC, and the bedroom setup was perfect for three adults to each have their own space, plus a bunk room for the children. Would absolutely stay here again.

Spacious and good location

We had an excellent stay at this property! The host’s communication was top-notch. Every question was answered promptly, and the check-in procedures were clearly explained. They even provided a handy list of local eateries, which was a thoughtful touch. The house itself was spacious, easily accommodating our group of three adults and three teenagers. We had plenty of room to hang out, eat, get ready, and relax without feeling cramped. The beds were very comfortable, and the quiet neighborhood ensured we all got a good night’s sleep. The well-stocked kitchen made it simple to whip up breakfast at home, and the location was perfect—just a short, walkable distance to the Convention Center where our competition was held. This property definitely made a positive impression on us, and we’re keeping it on our list for future stays!

Great spot and excellent property managers

This place was awesome. We had 5 adults and 2 children and it was the perfect space for us. And the location was excellent, right near the beach and boardwalk with tons to do in walking distance. Communication was excellent with the property managers and they made sure our stay went by without a problem. Highly recommend. Thank you Ameet and Kim!

Great Experience Overall

We have been coming to Wildwood NJ for many years, and as our group has grown with more kids our need for a larger rental has grown. Two families, 4 adults and 6 kids fit perfectly in Kim & Ameet's home for our annual vacation. The communication, cleanliness, accuracy of pictures were all spot on! Things we didn't realize was how much room the garage offered, and the quantity of beach toys, chairs and the bonus was a nice umbrella stroller for our 3 year old. We all agreed that we would rent here again without question.

Great condo an hosts!

We did a last minute stay and it was great. One of the cleanest places I have ever stayed at. It was very spacious and felt like it was my own home. The hosts were very responsive and wonderful. Would certainly stay there again.

Terrific experience

My family and I were in wildwood for the BCMF and had a blast. Easy walk to the event. Host was very attentive and friendly. They offered early check in and late check out. I’m assuming they will do this when available which was great. Overall great time. Thank you!

Great Place to Stay!

This condo worked great for our family the location was close the boardwalk - just a quick walk up. It had plenty of open space and seating for all of us to spend time together. Owners were excellent, very easy to communicate with made the whole process beginning to end very smooth!

There were 10 of us in the house and we had plenty of room. Front porch was great for evenings and seeing the sunset. Location was absolutely perfect for the boardwalk and the beach!

Wonderful Stay

My family (myself, my partner, two kids, and our four parents) all stayed here. We really liked the proximity to everything as well as everything we needed in the kitchen to make meals. Kim and Amit were great- checking in to make sure we were well accommodated throughout the week, trash reminders, and always on-hand for questions. It was a very pleasant stay!

Very nice, efficient, well situated condo.

The place is very nice, well furnished and well located. The vintage bicycles were a nice surprise, but 2 of the 4 available had flat tires. We set off for a ride after inflating the tires, but had to come back on foot to prevent further damage because the did not remain inflated. Also, we consider that for the price of of the rental and the cleaning charge, bed sheets and towels should have been furnished, as it adds a lot of space in our already considerable luggage when tavelling with kids. Appart from these small inconveniences we very much enjoyed our stay.

Summer vacation

Had a great week with my family at this property! Ameet texted before we even got to the house and was very responsive and checked in periodically throughout the week! House is nice, love the front porch and close to the beach. A few cute bars close by and just close enough to the boardwalk. Would definitely stay again.

Family get together down the shore

Perfect spot for our family vacation. Very nice accommodations, block and a half from the beach and boardwalk. Awesome porch for hanging out. A+ on the pics - the place is great and owner is very attentive (not a nuisance just available if needed!)

Sweet condo close to convention center

My family had a wonderful stay. Condo was exactly as described, with plenty of room for our family. Close to convention center and Morey's Pier. Bedrooms are a nice size with comfortable beds. Kitchen has everything you need. Owners even left us a "Welcome" gift. Thanks to Ameet and Kim for providing us a "home" away from home.

Amazing Hospitality

When we arrived our group was greeted with a lovely note and small token of hospitality by the owners. We had open communication and quick responses to any questions or concerns. We stayed in this condo previously before the new owners and they did an amazing job with the renovations! The comfort of home but on vacation was great. More then enough space to spread out and enjoy our time. Highly recommend this location because of the amazing people who own it!

Wonderful Wildwood Week

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at this property. The rooms were large and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make wonderful family meals. Perfect In Every Way!

As a mom of 4 kids, ranging in age btwn 13 and 22, I sought a rental that was conveniently located, had enough space, priced reasonably, clean and, well---NICE. This is a tall order depending on the beach destination and physical location of a rental. But Kim and Ameet's home is exactly all of this!! Located 1.5 blocks from the beach,l and convention ctr, even closer to places liks Starlux mini golf, a great pizza/wings place, ice cream and more, their spotless, beautifully decorated home not only met but exceeded our expectations. I think another reviewer said it but I'll say it again--- pictures do not do it justice!!! Kim and Ameet were incredibly responsive-- even talking my adult daughter thru check in when the door code wasn't initially working, and reaching out during the week. Their home is STOCKED with cleaning products, books, board games, beach toys, (even children's toys for those with littles) BIKES and a beach cart-- which saved me plenty of money! We only needed linens and towels-- both of which I rented at Islands Best Beach rental. I recommend them as well. The owner is so sweet and even threw in free linens when I'd messed up my order and forgot to add enough twin sheets! And what a nice touch to find a lovely card, bottle of wine and bag of coffee left as a welcome gift upon check in from Kim and Ameet. If you're going to Wildwood with family and friends-- I highly recommend staying right here!! There will be no regrets.

We had a super comfortable stay at Ameet & Kim’s property. They even made sure I had a crockpot when I mentioned I’d like to use one! Very responsive to questions/concerns. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our large group. Beautifully decorated as well and in the perfect location. We all were very pleased!

Really Helped Make a Tough Situation Easier

Kim & Ameet were very courteous and responsive. They had a nice little welcome waiting on the island and everything.. Their place itself was exactly perfect for our group of eight. I think the adults were as in love with the desk in the bunk bed room as the kids were! There were plenty of kitchen supplies (silverware, plates, containers for leftovers, even a crockpot) and the beds were very comfy (we were in the master - rather firm, but that's what I prefer). Plus there were actually hooks for guests to hang towels and extra ones in the living space! Unfortunately for us, there were a couple things that came up during our vacation time. I want to be perfectly clear that nothing was a result of their actions nor was there anything wrong with their unit. The things that were within their control to get addressed were done so promptly and they were very easy to get a hold of to discuss the situation. While our particular vacation wasn't the relaxing one we had hoped, they were able to ease the struggles and rectify those things they could quickly and safely. They really worked together to make things as relaxing as they could have been. Honestly, what more could you ask for?

Great Place to Stay!

Had a great time at 231 Taylor Ave! Had my family (wife and 2 toddlers) and my wife’s sisters family (4 total) and had plenty of room! Kim and Ameet were great hosts! Definitely would rent again in the future!
