We enjoyed our stay. The location was fantastic with the lake a few steps from the door. We caught lots of small panfish off the dock. The cabin was clean but cozy for the 5 of us.
Wonderful setting to enjoy up close access to one of Northern Wisconsin’s premier recreational lakes. Cozy cottage offers beautiful Lake views only a few steps from your private peer and beach area.
Perfect size cottage for 2 right on the water with private dock right outside the back door, newly remodeled, nice smart TV, eagles living in the tress behind the cottage, beautiful !!
This cabin was perfect for our needs. We needed a place for about 2 weeks and this was it. Great location and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Communication with the owner was easy and she quickly responded back to messages. The lake was beautiful and the cabin supplied us with kayaks and fun. The cabin was clean and perfect for four grown men. Thank you Katie for a great stay
My wife and I stayed at this cabin for a long ATV weekend. It is located just off of the ATV / Snowmobile trails. The cabin was perfect for the two of us. The sunrise and view of the lake in the morning was spectacular. The owner was very responsive and very helpful. We would definitely stay again.
We had a great and relaxing time. Property was clean and well kept. We felt right at home and had no issues with anything. Thanks for the quiet getaway!
We spent 4 nights as a fall get away.
The cabin was clean and comfy!
Only downside we noticed was the internet was not great, we couldn't get websites to open due to poor internet connection.
We would surely go back.

This was the perfect property for my wife and I and my parents on the lake. Cabin is just a few steps from the lake and has a great view. Caught plenty of fish and went to scarecrow fest in Phelps.
Cabin was just what we needed. Private pier thenty steps away. WIFI and cable TV. Sleeps three or five really good buddies with a single and two double beds. Fish cleaning shack and dumpster a few steps away. Very nice.
This is a great spot on a small lake which connects to a larger lake. The view is gorgeous ... And it didn't hurt that the weather was perfect for late September; sunny with lows 48-52 and highs around 70 or so!
For fall visitors, be aware that many local businesses close after Labor Day but we still found a couple of good restaurant/bars in Conover and many more choices in Eagle River.
We did daily hikes, but had to drive 20-30 minutes to get to the best hiking trails.
We also enjoyed just sitting by the lake and reading and watching the fishermen drift. It was a very peaceful and quiet place for a fall retreat.
This cute cabin had everything we needed and then some! We were surprised to find kayaks we available for us to use. We loved the beach area for our three year old grandson. He caught his first fish right off the dock. We forgot his life jacket but the owners had that available, too!
The owners were great to work with and were prompt to reply to questions.
We are planning on a return visit.
Everything was as advertised. Perfect place with all the necessary items to spend a weekend and relax. Check in was easy. Clear instructions at cabin on wifi, garbage ect.... Great price and location. Stayed there in November.
We were so impressed with this little cabin, great use of space! It was tidy and well equipped with all the necessities. The lake was beautiful, clear water and fresh mint on the banks! The bar/restaurant was a 2 minute walk and had great service and food! Only about 15 minutes from downtown Eagle River which made getting groceries very convenient.
The cabin is very nice, 3 bedrooms with kitchen, living room and bathroom well arranged for a small area. Decor is perfect for a lake cabin. We arrived late and had an issue with the toilet leaking which we couldn't deal with until the next morning. Once we were able to reach the owner and not being sure of what the issue was and no feasible resolution until after we were leaving, we asked for a refund which the owner quickly handled. The owners were easy to work with. VBRO on the other hand were very difficult ... which is not the owners fault. If we were not in the process of building a home in the area, we would choose this cabin again.
Perfect size cabin that was ready and clean! Very quiet location on a lake perfect for kayaking. Close to many places and interesting locations in the area. Would definitely come back to explore more in the area!
We loved our stay. We were here at the beginning/ mid September. It was my husband and I, his parents and our 3yo. The cabin itself if small but cute and functional. It was so peaceful. We saw so many eagles with one even frequenting the tree in the yard. It is a little weird that a trail runs through the backyard, but everyone that walked it was very friendly. The little beach was perfect for our child and a great place to keep the kayaks.
