This cozy vacation home is located on a south-facing, undisturbed property with lawn and several terraces. The house is very spacious and can accommodate several families or friendly couples. It is well equipped with Wi-Fi throughout the house, TV with Chromecast in two rooms and underfloor heating in the bathrooms.



In the activity room you will find many ways to entertain yourself and be active - pool table, table tennis, darts, shuffleboard and PS4. In the one bathroom you can really relax in the luxury jacuzzi or sauna. The heart of the house, however, is the bright, open living room with dining area, upholstered furniture and kitchen, where you can spend nice, social hours. In the cooler seasons, a heat pump ensures a comfortable temperature, but you can also fire up the stove if you want to listen to the crackling flames.



From the dining and living room, the large south-facing windows offer a beautiful view of the fenced garden and access to the garden terraces. Of course, the garden also offers entertainment for the little ones, and there is sandbox and playground with slide and swings.



The house is located only 900 meters from the fantastic, child-friendly Marielyst sandy beach and 1.5 km from the center of the town of Marielyst with many stores and restaurants. In addition, you will find a variety of other activities nearby such as mini golf, bike rental, bowling, go-kart & paintball center and golf & fun park. Also nearby are Candyland (76 km), Knuthenborg Safari Park (40 km), a day trip to Lalandia Water Park (58 km), Crocodile Zoo (23 km) and Medieval Center (17 km).
