WOULD NOT BOOK
The previous reviews are legit. The lock was not working when we arrived. Waited about 45 mins. Once the lock was replaced i asked the guy to look at all the other items that were damaged and not to par. He said he only changes locks but would turn in work order. I showed him where the patio was flooded could not use it during our stay which is why we book on beach front to enjoy balacony. The freezer/ice maker leaked. The frig had a cracked shelf. The closet w bunks didnt have light cover. The condo was in desperate need of repairs....paint and upgrading. I tried to text southern about some of the concerns apon arriving with no response back. No one came to fix anything during our stay. I get home and they charged me $150 for the cracked frig shelf! I emailed them and told them I tried to text them we needed repairs and no one was too worried at the time but when we left they turned in the frig shelf for a quick $150. I sent a copy of the text to them I sent and have not heard a word back. Find another condo under different management.
