Great location

Great location, Island princess is a nice property. This condo however was just ok. We have stayed in much nicer ones, that include beach chair service. Make sure you understand this condo does not include chair service on the beach. It is 50$ a day to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella. We stayed for 3 weeks, and did not realize they were not included.

noisy and limited air-condition control

the view is awesome! the beach is beautiful, parking is very tight and almost inaccessible for a handicapped van. the air-conditioner is on a governor set to go only as low as 69 degrees. client has no control for their own comfort. the work men began hammer drilling below our bedroom a few minutes before 8 am and continued most of the day. we were told we could not request it to stop as all the owners had the right to repair their condos. the hot tub and pool were closed a portion of our stay due to the workmen and the time frame it was not closed it was watched over by the workmen leaving very little privacy, the hot water was turned down so low we had to boil water if we wanted it hot for bathing for the first 5 days of our stay, then the repairman came and turned it up. we will make different arrangements next time

Beautiful Florida! Nasty Condo.

We’ve been staying at the Island Princess for over 10 years. Florida is beautiful but this Condo was nasty.
