Open plan first floor is perfect for indoor and outdoor entertaining no. Expansive river views from 3 sides of the main floor. Outdoor dining table overlooking the river seats 8 people. There are two powder rooms, laundry and an office on the first floor.
Large master bedroom has ensuite bathroom (large tub with separate shower). There is a small bedroom adjoining the master that currently functions as an office and has a queen pullout. High-speed internet. Three smart TVs. Upper floor queen ensuite with river views. Two other bed rooms with twin beds that share a hallway bathroom. Garage has ping pong table and pop-a-shot. Outdoor basketball hoop.
