My bad that I did not pay attention to the fact it had no AC. It was unbearable during last heat wave. Multple fans but it was like a sauna. Only a few windows did not make for good air circulation. Unit was clean but in poor repair, door handles falling off or just missing from cabinent. Bathroom light does not shut off, switch is broken it was on all week so bed room doors had to stay closed at night which made it even hotter. The furniture was small and sparse as well as uncomfortable. My biggest complaint is that I had to live out of my suitase on the floor for 5 days. No table/bureau or even luggage rack in either bedroom. No choice but to keep it on the floor. Kitchen supplies were non existent but we did not plan on cooking so it did not bother us. You will be disappointed if you plan too. Just a few of the essentials would have made a difference. Property manager Nick was very nice and responsive if we emailed him.
Property was clean and in a safe area. Management was responsive and helpful. However Furniture was old and uncomfortable to sit in. Had some problems with a couple of lights not working as well. Overall a good value.

False Advertising of Property
When booking this condo, the property listed as 2 bathrooms which we needed and hence one of the major reasons for the booking. The host and property manager, Nick Garcia, was contacted to confirm the number of bathrooms. Per Mr. Garcia, the property has 1 full bathroom and 1/2 bathroom. Upon arrival, we quickly discovered that condo #6 only has one full bathroom. We even checked underneath the rugs and did not find an additional half bathroom.
Mr. Garcia was contacted to discuss this major issue of the unit not having the additional half bath as he mentioned, but he failed to respond via phone call, text and email. The host (Pamela) was contacted as well with no resolution to provide a partial or full refund for the fraudulent advertisement of 2 bathrooms detailed on the VRBO website. Both individuals were contacted to show that the property on their website listing stated 2 bathrooms and not fair for us or future booking guests. Bathrooms are an essential and should be correctly advertised for renters! Despite the major issue with the bathrooms, the property was clean and provided the basics similar to IKEA furnishings. Barely any decor but enough for where to sleep and sit. The sofa is a futon and not a sofa bed. There is NO AC so don’t rent this property if you want a heat stroke because the fans are not enough. There is no iron or ironing board. The filthy washer/dryer is in the back alley so do not use at all. There is one reserved garage space for condo #6 and thankfully not on the street.
Nice apartment in safe neighborhood. Good for families with adult (sized) children. Good price for the space and location. Easy drive to grocery store and close to beaches. Parking was a bit tight for a larger SUV...but free parking on premises was great to have. No AC, but ceiling fans and open windows allow for good airflow to bedrooms. Street traffic (with open windows) can be noticeable at night, but ear plugs make it a non-issue. Overall, an excellent value for the location and amenities.
