Modern living abounds at Trestle House by Winter Park Lodging Company, a mountainside five bedroom, ski in ski out private home, nestled amongst the pines in Winter Park's most exclusive neighborhood that hosts show stopping views, slope side hot tub, and high-end amenities that will make your next mountain vacation one you won't soon forget.

Walk into the main level and immediately be surrounded by views of tall pines, meandering ski trails, and abounding mountains from the floor to ceiling windows throughout the open living room, dining room & kitchen. The living room is decked out with an array of seating options all centered around the warm gas fireplace and large Smart TV. From here, chat with the chef in your group who will love the gourmet kitchen with Wolf Appliances or get ready for a family dinner at the large custom dining room table with seating for eight. Both the living room and dining room open up to the wide open main level deck that showcases views of the gorgeous surrounding mountains.

Ready to rest easy? Head down one level to one of four bedrooms including the Primary King Suite that guarantees a blissful night's sleep with luxury linens, deck access, office space, Smart TV, closet space and an oversized ensuite bathroom. The Primary King Suite also features a custom wall art piece of Winter Park at twilight that truly feels like you're in a high-end hotel suite. There's also two King bedrooms on this level that share a Jack n' Jill full bathroom, both of which have hotel-style bedding, ceiling fans, and Smart TV's. The Second King Suite can be found on this level, complete with stunning views, flat screen TV, and attached ensuite bathroom. Head down to the lower level of the home for the bunk room, featuring two sets of Twin/Twin custom bunks with a shared full bathroom.

Ready for a game or need room to spread out? Head down to the lower level and step into a luxury game room that's built for all ages. You'll immediately be drawn to the full size bar that adults & kids will love to saddle up to and catch up on the day's activities. Play a game of shuffleboard, pinball, vintage video game, or pool in the game room or catch the big game on the HUGE Smart TV above the roaring gas fire. This level also hosts the private, bubbling hot tub that is a serene spot to relax in and warm up. The ski in ski out access is off the lower level patio with a short slope down to the Corridor Trail that leads right down to the Winter Park Resort base area. Property also has EV charging - a 50amp 125/250v outlet in garage. This home has a steep driveway and/or neighborhood access roads that require 4WD in the winter months.

Great location & comfortable
We loved the location of the house, true ski in/out. The house is beautiful and well stocked. We had an adult group of 11 and we were very comfortable and didn't feel like we were on top of each other. We enjoyed the bar with the pool table, shuffleboard and pinball machine. Great area to watch the super bowl! (Go Eagles!) Management company very responsive to any questions we had. For our nonskiers, it was easy for them to take a short walk to the Mary Jane lift area and catch the shuttle to the village. Great option so they didn't have to drive and find parking. Over all 10 out 10!

Trestle House Amazing
Trestle House has to be the nicest Ski in/Ski Out at Winter Park. It was the perfect set up for our group of 10. 4 adults and 6 teenagers. On the day that we did not ski, we were going to go shopping in town but opted to stay home just because the house is so beautiful and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

This home has it all. We absolutely loved staying at Trestle house and we hope to come back again soon. The game room was a huge hit for sure and the spacious living/kitchen/dinning area was amazing, My favorite part was watching the snow cats go by the house every morning while drinking our coffee ❤️

Beautiful home with a magnificent view
The Trestle House was perfect for our large group. The views were breathtaking, and the house was spacious and beautifully furnished. The basement hangout area provided the perfect entertainment for our group when not out on the slopes. We had an amazing vacation!

Spectacular Space
The Trestle House was second to none. Absolutely gorgeous with every possible amenity. And the Winter Park Lodging Company people just added to the value we received. Alex and Peggy and the rest were perfect hosts. Anything we needed before and during our stay was provided. Communications between us were very easy. This is the second time we stayed in one of their properties and will do it again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful property!
Literally one of the nicest properties we have ever stayed in…an absolutely gorgeous home! The pictures looked incredible, but even they don’t do it justice. The ski in/ski out was a first for us… we are totally spoiled now. We had a few issues with the hot tub but it sounds like the management company was in the process of taking care of them.

Excellent Home
Words don't even begin to describe how cool this house is! It is pure luxury and by far the nicest home we've even stayed in. The attention to detail is second to none and you can tell how much time the owners spent on building this gem. The main floor is the kitchen/living/dining area and it's so nice and open. We even ate outside one warm-ish night on the deck on this level. Most of the bedrooms are on the middle level and offered our group lots of room and privacy. The lower level has a second lounge, bar & game area that everyone loved! Plus if you're coming in the winter, you can ski right off the back patio from this level. There's also decks on every level and off a few of the bedrooms. The neighborhood is completely private and very upscale. One small issue is that the hot tub wasn't in place yet, but we talked with Winter Park Lodging Company, and it's coming in June as soon as the snow melts for installation. Not a big deal considering how nice this home is!
