The "Great White Florida House" is a modern coastal chic, Gulf front home, with 3 King size bedrooms each with en-suite (walk-in showers) baths and large gulf views. The 4th bedroom has queen bunk beds with an en-suite (tub/shower combo) bath. The sofa is a queen sleeper. The house sleeps up to 12 guests and is loaded with amenities including a wet bar, coffee bar, 2 half baths (one downstairs for pool use), large beachfront deck with comfortable seating and dining, elevator, large (heated option) pool, outdoor kitchen (sink/BBQ grill/countertop for prep area), commercial ice machine, bait freezer and room to park your boat. One of the best features is that all the bedrooms and the open-concept living area are on one level with elevator access.

The owners went above and beyond to make this home the perfect place to have a worry-free vacation. Beach chairs, beach towels and cornhole are just a few of the extras available to make your stay easier and more enjoyable. It is not easy for a home to have a high-end feel and also be cozy and intimate, but the "Great White Florida House" is exactly that.

Located near Indian Pass, you have a nice balance of seclusion and convenience as it is a short drive into downtown Port St. Joe or over to Apalachicola for some dining and shopping. For the fishing and boating enthusiast, the Indian Pass boat ramp is less than 1 mile away, and there is excellent fishing right from the beach.

Family Beach Trip

We absolutely loved everything about this property! The layout of the rooms was great for our group. We loved early mornings and afternoons on the big porch. We spent a lot of time at the pool. It was perfect for our family. We will definitely be back.

Great home and location

Lovely home, steps from the beach. We very much enjoyed our stay and felt at home right away. The back deck is lovely, overlooking the ocean and the beach. Lots of natural light in the home. Quiet, relaxed neighborhood with zero drama or loud neighbors. This is how a beach vacation should be.

Best vacation rental

This property checked all of the boxes for an ideal vacation rental. The house has an elevator! Each bedroom has its own on-suite bathroom plus a half bath in the hall. The kitchen is spacious and the dining table seats 8 comfortably. The downstairs has a half bath for easy access from the pool. An extra full size refrigerator and commercial grade ice maker made it easy to prepare coolers for the short walk to the beach. This is a great vacation property!

This was the perfect spot for our family. We had a rotating group of family members from 2.5 to 94.5 yrs old and everyone loved it. The house is so well-thought out and works great for groups. The 4 bedrooms with en-suite baths were so nice! We had 10 people sharing the home almost every day. With the beach right there and the pool, it was wonderful.

Great Family Vacation!

The Great White Florida House was the perfect vacation spot for our family vacation! The house was very clean and spacious for my husband and I, our two adult children and their spouses and my disabled brother that has to use a walker. The elevator was perfect for him and me since I have bad knees. We really enjoyed the awesome porch, the swimming pool and being right on the beach! They also had pretty good luck fishing from the shore. We were in our happy place and will definitely stay here again!

Terrific vacation

Had a wonderful time with family. The elevator was a lifesaver for us seniors. The ice machine was an added bonus too. Definitely on the repeat list for future vacations. Roasted oysters for three days in a row so the outdoor kitchen / seafood cleaning area made clean up a breeze. The day we left it was pouring rain so being able to pack cars under a covered area made things much easier. Everyone enjoyed the porch for coffee and evening cocktails. This House Has It All

Fantastic house on the beach with a great pool. The floor plan of the house is well thought out. All the amenities you will ever need. The neighborhood is very quiet and great for relaxing and just getting away from everything.

Great White Florida House is awesome!

Our families (10 people) had a great time in this new home and it's proximity to the beach and having a pool made it a great choice. The ice maker and beach chairs made our stay and time at the beach even more relaxing and enjoyable. If anyone wants to stay in a brand new beach front home with a pool and access to a great beach that is very secluded and peaceful, this is the place! Thank you, Wes, for providing great service during our stay and we hope to visit St. Joe Beach again on the future!

The house was wonderful and you supplied everythihg needed in the kitchen. Except for a few glitches.....smoke detectors went off after midnight and we had to scramble to pull them off. That was taken care of the next day promptly. Pool toys and beach chairs and enough refrigerator space was a plus as we were a big family. Lovely view of the beach . Thanks for a lovely stay.

Perfect beachfront house

We had 2 families stay at the Great White house for fall break - 4 adults, 4 children (3-8yrs) - and this house was absolutely perfect. We loved the layout of the house with all rooms on one floor - the elevator made bringing luggages, groceries, etc. upstairs a breeze. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, which we did a lot of. We spent so much time on the back porch - the beachfront view is so relaxing. The pool area was great for the kids. We loved exploring the beach - so many seashells and great fishing. Now, the water is not the ideal crystal blue you find in the gulf (I think due to its proximity to the bay water) but we enjoyed it nonetheless. A few days we drove up to Cape San Blas to find the typical gulf coast blue water. We had a bit of bad luck with the dishwasher breaking on day 2 - the rental company was responsive but the fix required ordering a part. Other than that, the stay was excellent and we are planning to return next year.

We had a very nice vacation while staying at " The Great White Florida House." The house was clean upon arrival, trash carts were overflowing but I think that is a trash pickup issue out of your control. We have a few comments about the house. The Queen bunk room for our family was very small to accomodate 4 children in theior teens, room was nice but very small. In general we felt the house for our family of 12 people was small.The front porch was wonderful along with the pool, a lifesaver on the hot days. Most appreciated was the commercial ice maker, it was handy to have. Any negatives would have been towards service prior to arrival and while at the home. Communications / Feedback from SeaStay was questionalble at times. I made several attempts inquiring about trip insurance nut never any feedback. The house did not have enough forks and knives for 12 people and while that can be overlooked its hard to understand why it would take two full days to resolve that issue.Also the first evening on arrival we had a man ride a motorcycle drive up saying he was wanting to work on the entry door. We had no clue who he was and had not been advised someone would be by to work on the door. In todays world it was more than a little unsettling. A little communication would have gone a long ways. In review we had a gret week but doubt we will head that way again until things get back to normal, prices for everything has just gotten to high for our budgets. A house like this one two years ago would have been 3/4 thousand less for the week. Cost across the coundtry are out of control.

Everything about this house was so well thought out and perfect for families with children! The beach was just step away and so very nice! We loved the big covered porch and of course the pool! We will definitely come back here!!

Great House and Location

We loved our vacation. The property is amazing. The house, pool, and access to the beach was top notch. We loved everything about it. We loved that all the bedrooms had a shower/bathroom connected to them. A few things to consider when going to this place is that if you want food to eat, get something before you get in late. We arrived around 9pm and the pizza places were not taking anymore orders. To get to any stores/shopping you have to drive approx 20 mins. The location is quite desolate. Not too many people on the beach. The house has corn hole. They also have an abundance of beach chairs, umbrella, beach volleyball, so you may not need to bring your own. The industrial ice machine is so convient. We did have an issue with the lock and when contacted they sent someone out that day to fix/replace the battery. The house is on the access of the beach, so you have people walking, driving their trucks/suv's, golf carts, etc all day/night long. Make sure you bring bug spray. The bugs that you can't even see will bite you. I thought that the ocean would be clear, but it was very murky and you could not see the bottom. Overrall, it was a GREAT vacation and I would recommend THE GREAT WHITE FLORIDA HOUSE.

Beautiful home and area

Great White House has everything you need and more. The area is so serene and peaceful. The pool is amazing, especially to keep kids entertained while cooking and what not. Management is not easy to get a hold of and sometimes takes days to get back to you about something. We did get to see several people catch baby shark right from the beach, dolphins swim by daily and the sunsets are amazing. Remember to reserve your golf cart rental from the local company to enjoy beach rides and up to the Raw Bar for dinner or a drink. We will be back in the near future no doubt. Jack has an AMAZING home and nothing was spared!

Perfect in every way!

We take our children and grandchildren on a beach vacation every year. This has been our favorite place and we already look forward to staying here again next year. Everything was provided and the beach, pool, and house was absolutely perfect for us.

Perfect House

The house is beautiful and looks better than the pictures. It is furnished very nice and is very comfortable. The view is outstanding and my elderly mother really appreciated the elevator. Only downside has nothing to do with the house but there are not many restaurants or places to get groceries nearby. It's a great place to relax and get away so I will definitely be going back.
