- Right by the beach, the marina, and also within the heartbeat of the city - best location for a great relaxing beach/marina getaway. Here is also a quick walk to a busier downtown Long Beach that has so much to offer.
- You can walk right out to the beach with white sand from the comfort of the charming building which was a high-end hotel in the past, with New York style design and tons of character.
- Just some steps away from Long Beach marina and the harbor that hosts the famous Queen Mary, which makes your ocean view from the window even more spectacular!
- At nigh you'll see from the master bedroom window a view of a colorful lighted waterfall from a nearby small island on the water (next to the marina and Queen Mary!)
- A quick walk, or bike, or scooter, away is downtown Long Beach. The city of Long Beach is a gem that many may not know - It's the city of light, colors, arts, businesses, etc. Check out Pine Ave, breweries, local bars & great eateries, historic district, and more, during your travels.
- Close to highway 710, minutes to neighboring areas like San Pedro, ~30' drive to Downtown Los Angeles/Santa Monica; ~20' drive to Hermosa/Manhattan beach.
Else, central LB train station is in walking distance. The train goes directly to LA downtown.

* The Unit:
- Comfortable with awesome views - ocean view, marina view, city/street view
- Well surrounded by the nature - the beach, ocean breeze, and trees. You may feel like it's a big tree house by the ocean - Enjoy the serenity and retreat time.
- Main Rooms/Spaces: 1 big bedroom, 1 tiny bedroom, one big walk-in closet, one spacious living room with pullout couch & entertainment, full kitchen, bathroom with bathtub. There are also work desks, screen, high quality water machine, besides other room amenities.

* Sleep arrangement:
- The big master bedroom is a very spacious and light-filled. It has ocean view, and lots of windows on 3 walls (one with ocean view, once with neighborhood view seeing a swimming pool, and one nice street view with trees and flowers next to your window :).
- There is also an extra small bedroom with a twin bed if you need. It's comfy but very small.
- The couch in the living room (in front of the 55' smart TV) is a pullout with a built-in full mattress - after pulling it out (a very quick and easy setup), it becomes a comfy bed itself!

* Other amenities: big bathtub, portable fans, arts, towels, bedsheets, etc.
* Other amenities in the building: Lobbies, front desk, security guards & camera, laundry, giant patio facing the ocean.
* To get around, you can walk, bike, or scooter, or drive if you like, to main attractions in Long beach like the marina, harbor, downtown, light house, etc. Long Beach is a very walkable city!
