Great October vaction

We try to get down to gulf once a year. Usually we stay in a highrise condo. My wife choose a house this time. The place is fantastic. Great neighborhood. There are 2 places with in walking distance to eat, drink, and listen to music. Arpan was a wonderful host. We had a washing mashine malfunction. Arpan had some one come out to help us. The Machine needed to be replaced. Arpan had a new one delivered and installed. We had family and friends come and visit. The kitchen and open living space made cooking and visiting very easy. I hope we can come back next year.

Great house, great location, great communication

Stayed with my daughter & her friends, we were all comfortable & loved the location. The manager was very responsive and helpful with the process. Would rent again!!!

Great Experience

We celebrated my sons college graduation with 10 of his friends! The space was perfect. There was a short walk to the beach and even though it rained everyday, there was plenty to entertain the group with the house amenities. We will definitely stay again! Arp is a wonderful host and his communication was the best I’ve ever experienced! We will definitely stay again!

Lots of space, close to the beach!

This place had plenty of room for our family. We had 6 adults and 5 kids under 10! The place was neat and the walk to the beach was short. The property manager was helpful and great with communication. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

Very Nice House

We had a great time and plenty of room for everyone. The house was updated and ready for fun. The over sized Jenga was a big hit for family fun at night once you got home.
