Private master suite with pool access connects to an en-suite, including a Roman shower, his/her vanity, and walk-in closet. The split floor plan offers two private bedrooms and full bathroom with pool access.
Relax outdoors in the expansive lanai with gorgeous views of an oversized canal and nightly sunsets, sun deck with plenty of sun for sun worshipers and covering for shade seekers, wet bar, outdoor shower, and gas grill. Private pool has built-in seats (heating optional, with an additional charge. Must be arranged in advance) with adjoining jacuzzi spa.
Conveniently located only two blocks from Charlotte Harbor and a variety of restaurants, shops, and marina at Fisherman’s Village. The marina offers charters for the deep-sea fishing enthusiast. Sunset cruises, island beach cruises, and dolphin/manatee sightseeing cruises are also available. Quaint, historic downtown Punta Gorda, with numerous unique shops and restaurants, is only a short walk or bike ride. Lovely home, as advertised

Clean, comfortable, spacious home with lovely heated pool and hot tub, in a quiet neighborhood. Well appointed kitchen and outdoor gas grill enabling at-home dining. As indicated in the description some television stations require your own streaming service-in our case this created viewing issues as a laptop or cellphone would not always stay connected. Other devices may be more reliable. We enjoyed our 8 week stay, especially the comfortable lanai area.

Fun In The Sun

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Punta Gorda, and highly recommend this property ! The home was very clean, and comfortable. Beautifully decorated and the sunshine that comes in the morning & evening is so nice ! The home has wonderful windows bringing in all that beautiful light ! The pool and hot tube were so wonderful ! The beds were very comfortable, and the rain shower was AMAZING ! We so enjoyed our week at the gorgeous property. The homeowners were very responsive throughout !! Loved our stay ! Great Place

This is the second year we have stayed at this home. The hot tub and pool overlook the canal and you can walk to Fisherman's Village. Great neighborhood and location. Owners are always very accommodating and everything you need is available. Highly recommend.

This is the 3rd year in a row we’ve stayed at this property, it’s always very clean and has great features. Very spacious and easily accommodates 4 adults and 2 toddlers comfortably. We love the pool and hot tub, and the hosts are excellent! They’re very responsive and proactive whenever any questions or issues come up.

We had a great stay at Caicos. The property is tastefully updated, prettier and more spacious than the pictures portray. Great hot tub and pool overlooking a calming water view. We had a minor maintenance issue and Mike was very responsive and had it fixed as soon as feasible.

The Perfect Needed Escape

Information, booking, and communication were seamless thanks to Michael and Jennifer. The property was excellent - immaculate, peaceful, and centrally located. On the day of our departure, my wife said to me, "If possible, every time we come back to the area, I would like to stay here."

Completely wonderful!

There were 4 adults in our group and our adult son joined us for a few days. Everything was absolutely wonderful. One of the most relaxing VRBO’s we have ever stayed at! Beds were comfortable along with the inside and outdoor accommodations. Our host, Mike answered our questions promptly. We had 0 issues 😀 in fact, were pleasantly surprised at all the “little extras” included such as spices and zip lock baggies, aluminum foil, a variety of “floaties” for the pool along with a small cooler and bikes etc. Those extras make a difference. Location was perfect for us. We walked to Fisherman’s Village and surrounding areas nearly every day. So much to do and see. Coffee by the pool first thing every morning. I could go on and on but suffice it to say… we would totally rent this again! The hosts have really considered and followed through to make this a fantastic home to rent . Most relaxing vacation to date 😀

Sunny, clean, and great location

The location of this house can't be beat - Just a quick walk to Fishermen's Village, and only a bit further to the beach, playground, grocery store, and everything else in town. The house was immaculately clean and well-furnished. We spent quite a bit of time in the pool and hot tub and both are great. We loved the open layout of the home and the sunniness. Better than the pictures.

Great Stay

Very nice home. We enjoyed the heated pool and it was great for relaxing. The location was great and it was walking distance to Fisherman's Village. View is beautiful over looking the canals.
