Also explore the beautiful ferry harbour Øer Strand, where large sandbanks appear at low tide. The shallow water attracts many birds. Let your children build sandcastles or discover the varied underwater world while snorkelling. Plan a bike tour to Ebeltoft and experience the charming, cobbled streets with half-timbered houses and hollyhocks as well as the old town hall and the impressive frigate Jylland.
