All parking is street parking there are no assigned spaces.
There is a business offices located on the bottom level. Please do not disturb. Video security camera records live video and audio outside main entrance located under lower deck.

Anthony was wonderful! Even let us check in a bit early. Condo is within east walk for everything. We didn’t move our car for 3 days. Unfortunately our weather did. To let us enjoy the fabulous front balcony. If good weather it would be so much fun to “people watch”
It was great. House was great! Clean centrally located to enjoy functions. We have booked this property many times. Always special!! Looking forward to next stay

Great location but needs maintenance and care.
Great location and felt safe with the code locks on both doors. The deck needs some cleaning as it has green mold all along the bottom rail. The lounge chairs were covered with dirt and had to be cleaned off before sitting on them. We noticed the floor in the apartment was very dirty. It could use a mirror besides the one in the bathroom. It was lacking decor, warmth and homelike feeling.
The property was just what I expected. It was within walking distance to many quality restaurants and shops. You could walk to the dock within minutes. It was a great experience.

This property provided the perfect weekend away for our family. It was extremely well located and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. Definitely recommend especially for 2 adults and 2 children. The kiddos took sleeping bags and didn’t mind sleeping on the fold out couches at all.
We enjoyed our last minute getaway! Bed was super comfy. Super close to everything. We didn't have to use our car at all.
The balcony with rocking chairs was great too! The only suggestion would be to add a TV to the bedroom
A great flat to stay in if you want to drive Hwy 98 ...
A very simple flat apartment.
Perfect for a couple.
Well appointed. Easy to keep clean.
We brought our ice maker.
If you don't, bring a cooler just for ice.
"Warning" I am 62 years old and the stairs are narrow.
I hike a good bit so it is not an issue with me to get up there.
Once one gets settled there, it is good.
A prefect flat for the "Forgotten Coast."
A wonderful town to walk. And great trails in the parks.
The beaches are prime.
I highly recommend this VRBO ...
The property was VERY comfortable, close to all the attractions and dinning. Property manager was available for all my questions. Was also VERY clean!! Big plus!! Only wish there was a tv in bedroom.
We love Appalach for quick getaways and this was one of our favorite places to stay! We’ll be back! Great location and loved the balcony

Disappointing
VERY basic, 5 coffee pods for 2 people for 3 nights, no end tables for couches, parking very difficult. It seems in these times a dishwasher would be provided.
great job on having the chairs in the closet for a festival event. people flying by plane need that type of amentity or others like that depending of the time of year
