Bright and spacious condo located in the middle of Town at the popular Sierra Park Villas complex. 1 bedroom plus loft and 1.5 bath updated condo that will sleep 1-6 people. Within walking distance to many popular restaurants, bars, Vons and both the green and red line shuttle stops. Pullout sofa in living room converts to a queen size bed. Trundle bed in loft coverts to two twin beds. Condo has been recently renovated and is extremely comfortable. Free firewood in the winter months (Nov-March) and wifi. No Cable.
1 bedroom with queen size bed and a loft area with two twin beds plus a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room . Total square footage is +/- 900 square feet. 2 story with 1.5 baths. Very comfortable and spacious living spaces. Wood burning stove with firewood (in the winter) included.
Once you arrive and stock up on groceries you won't need to get into your car again until you leave. The area is very walker friendly and there is a free shuttle system that will take you anywhere in town and to the resort. Easy access to condo from parking area directly in front of condo.

Condo is located in the middle of town right across from Robertos Mexican Restaurant. Green line shuttle is at the corner and Red line is right across the street. Location is perfect for walking and shuttle riding. No need for a car once you arrive and stock up on groceries.
Green line and red line shuttles are close by. Parking is right in front of the condo.
Note: We are not able to accommodate Saturday check in's or check outs. Please do not send a booking request unless you understand this and can adjust your schedule.
All guests will be required to provide an email address and will be sent a short term rental agreement. If email address is not provided and the agreement is not returned, condo instructions and door entry code will not be provided.

We truly enjoyed staying at this property. Everything was easy…the communication, the check-in and check-out process, the instructions -all of it. The home is warm and welcoming and very well stocked. We appreciated the warm wood stove after a day of skiing. The kitchen is beautiful. The location is great and the hot tub a bonus. We hope to stay in this home again when we visit Mammoth.
This was our first time renting a condo in Mammoth, and we were very pleased with the whole experience! The condo was great… clean, accommodating, easy to access, and close to everything, and Mike (the property owner/manager) was so easy to work with. We will definitely be back again!
This was an adequate stay. The place and layout was smaller than the images seems to portray. Just go in expecting a comfy, homey atmosphere and you’ll be alright.
Our family had a really great stay in Mammoth. The condo was clean and was just as it was represented. It is in a great location within walking distance to restaurants and bike rentals. Our teenager really appreciated having their own space in the condo. We would definitely stay there again.
We were looking for a property that would the three of us to have a comfortable place to stay at a reasonable price. We have been fishing in this area for over 30 years and decided to look for a unit in Mammoth that would suit our needs. This condo was very comfortable and and the amenities were very nice. We would definitely stay here again.
After staying in another property earlier this season (36H) we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the interior of this unit. The parking is also very close. If you have more than two of you there is a loft area and couches in living room. Be warned though the loft area is directly adjacent to the bathroom separated only by a curtain. Kitchen is nice with newer appliances. Old coffee maker but still putting out coffee so all is well. Comfy living area w huge TV. Hot tubs are some of the cleanest and well maintained we’ve seen in Mammoth. Comfy master bed. Property manager was super responsive. High marks for that for sure. We had to contact him for spa code which is blank in welcome book but, as he pointed out, is in the App. These properties are a quick walk to the Vons plaza, Roberto’s, Noodlely, etc. Our only complaints were no face or bath soap at all. BYO bar of soap and shampoo. Check in and out times are too late and early by an hour. Maybe this is a VRBO thing but check in is 4 and out is 10. Kinda feel like this should be 3 and 11. Overall one of the best units we’ve experienced.
My family of 3 really enjoyed staying at this unit for our skiing break. Everything was very clean, there was plenty of space to store and dry our skiing gear in the evenings. The kitchen had a great level of provided utensils, and equipment for cooking. The bed and linens were comfortable and the shower was excellent. It is really convenient for getting to the ski areas, either driving or taking the shuttle. We'd definitely stay there again.
We loved staying at this place. First, it’s very clean and well maintained. Second, it’s located near all the shops and just a few minutes from the Village and Canyon lodge. Lastly, it has a lot of room yet very cozy. We’ll definitely stay here again.

We’re very grateful to have stayed at this awesome home. The condo was renovated with new appliances and new flooring. Very clean and comfortable. The location was great. Walking distance to market and shuttle stops
We enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen had all the necessities. The place is nicely decorated. Parking was not to far from the entrance. Vons is close by. The only issues were the glitchy WiFi and the thermostat temp decreased at night to a cold 50 degrees. Communicating with the manager was easy and he responded promptly. The thermostat issue was resolved. This was a nice place to stay for our family snowboarding trip.
We really enjoyed our stay. This place is cozy, clean and it has everything you need for your mountain getaway. It is centrally located, walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. It fit our family of 4 perfectly. The location is perfect, we walked to the store, restaurants and dessert places. If I had any complaint it would be the pillows. They were very flat.
Our family had an amazing time. The property #43 is very clean and spotless. The kitchen is well stock with all the appliances you need. The location of the property is very close to the street, so your walk to your car is very short. The restaurants and supermarket is a very short walk (5-10 minutes). Our family would come back soon.
The place was affordable for a family of 6 for 3 nights stay! Besides being close to stores,shops,cafes, etc., It's clean and quiet. It was worth staying here away from home!
