The property is warm and inviting and has a simple elegance and old-world charm. Just a short walk to the 3 sandy beaches. The swimming was wonderful. The host was accommodating, friendly, and solicitous. I instantly felt at home here. A rare gem.

About the host
Hosted by William Rotch
I spend winters in Boston but my family has had 2 seasonal houses in Dartmouth MA. I grew up spending summers at the beach in a private community called Nonquitt. I enjoy sharing this fun little cottage and summer community with others while helping to pay some of the expenses to keep it running.
Why they chose this property
This cottage was built by my grandfather in the 1950's and is 3 houses up from the shingle house my great grandfather built in 1883. This is a friendly summer community in a beautiful setting on the Massachusetts coast.
What makes this property unique
You can see the water from the patio and are just steps from a beautiful private sandy beach. This is a great place for adults to relax and kids to have fun. Its a collection of about 100+ homes that started as a summery community in the 1880's and has grown since. Great to take walks on pristine sandy beaches or take a bicycle ride around the community or into the nearby harbor/village of Padanaram.
