Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this 50 m² single-storey house for rent in Saint-Leu-la-Forêt, which can accommodate up to 5 travelers. It comprises a 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a 50 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 30 m² living room with double sofa bed and dining area
- A kitchen, open to the living room, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, hob...
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A lovely enclosed garden with a 50 m² terrace and outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Leu-la-Forêt, in a very pleasant environment, in a quiet, residential neighborhood.
The Saint Leu forest is just a 10-minute walk from the property, allowing you to enjoy a variety of walks. The Stade de France can be reached in just 17 minutes by car to enjoy various sporting events and concerts.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available in front of the property.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Gare du Nord, 30 minutes away.
- Nearest airport: Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport 36 minutes away.

- Bed linen and towels included.
- A fifth bed is a movable single bed (90x200).
