All restaurants, supermarket, tourist places are nearby. 🙁 The bed sheet is not cleaned. Full of many dirty spots. Parking area is dirty and no lift to carry luggage up to almost the highest floor."

Le Floral "When I arrive in instructions was write that I should call the buzz and it would be automatically open but it’s not true. I was staying 40 minutes at the building before someone open. When I call the buzz someone answered after long calling and said NO. So I was waiting till neighbours open. After that my husband came to me in few days when was in town and was the same situation. So if you are travelling together with family ask about second keys. Some days were repairing works in building and were workers but it wasn’t too noisy and didn’t disturb. In everything else it was fine, good place."

Le Floral "L'arrivée au logement fut très compliqué. Dès réception des instructions d'accueil 2 jours avant, on comprend que la boîte à clé n'est pas accessible de l'extérieur: il faut sonner chez quelqu'un. Une arrivée autonome, comme présenté sur la fiche, est donc impossible. J'ai essayé de modifier les dates du séjour pour enlever la première nuit, mais cela a été refusé par l'hôte alors que nous avions une semaine complète de réservée. L'hôte (une société) est très difficilement joignable par téléphone. Je n'ai jamais pu joindre quelqu'un sur Toulouse. Par mail les réponses sont évasives et ne répondent pas précisément aux questions posées. Ils ne sont pas du tout arrangeant. A part cela le logement est très bien, propre et très bien équipé. Le verrou secondaire est cassé. La fenêtre donne sur une rue secondaire, donc pas trop de bruit de ce côté là, par contre on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la cage d'escalier. La Localisation est top, adresse facile d'accès."

Le Floral Le logement était conforme aux photos et très propre. Par contre, nous n’avons reçu aucune indication sur l’adresse du garage privé et de l’étage de l’appartement. La communication a été très compliquée, nous avons perdu 2 heures à nous installer et à chercher le garage. Nous n’avions pas de numéro de téléphone direct à appeler en cas d’urgence. L’hôte ne s’est pas enquis de savoir si nous étions installées ou pas, nous aurions pu ne jamais trouver l’adresse qu’il ne s’en serait pas rendu compte. Et pour finir, il est beau de mettre en titre de l’annonce qu’il y a Netflix, mais il faudrait pour ça mettre à jour le moyen de paiement sur l’application.

Mais une difficulté pour le garage j ai reçu deux adresses pour le garage donc je suis allée au premier et la bagde ne fonctionne pas donc grosse discussion avec le gardien et j appele donc l agence qui ne comprend pas et qui doit me rappeler instantanément puisque nous sommes devant ce garage ...... Le Floral "Studio très bien situé mais pas pour notre catégorie de voyageurs ! 🙂 emplacement idéal proche du marché, des commerces, des restaurants, des bus et du métro (Jean Jaurès), parking à 2 pas,petit studio très propre et calme , bien équipé avec lave vaisselle et lave linge (non utilisé), déco sympa. 🙁 l'exiguité des lieux, c'est vraiment très petit ! pas de rangements pour les vêtements à part quelques cintres dans le petit placard à balais. le lit rabattable qui est haut et peu commode pour y entrer ou en sortir à cause des accoudoirs du canapé, le canapé peu confortable, les sièges de cuisine hauts et étroits qui sont les 2 seuls sièges de l'appartement (d'ailleurs il n'y aurait pas de place pour d'autres ! ) ce n'est pas un studio fait pour les séniors !"

Parking à 3 minutes du logement. Nous avons pu garer notre voiture quelques minutes, à l'arrivée et pour notre départ, dans la petite rue derrière l'immeuble afin de décharger et recharger nos bagages."
