The cozy one-room apartment has a very tasteful and cozy bedroom / living room. In addition to a comfortable box spring bed (180cm x 200cm), wardrobe and sideboard, there is also a dining area or a workplace in the room.

The modern and fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, senseo, kettle, toaster and everything you need for cooking and self-catering.

The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer and towel radiator.

Internet connection, TV, music system with connection options for MP3 player and USB stick as well as ironing board and iron are of course available.

Minimum stay:
- Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays: from at least two nights.
- Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays: only from a minimum of three nights.

Quartier Mitte 5 consists of a very tasteful and modern bedroom, decorated in warm colors with fine plastered walls and solid wooden floor. There is a very comfortable box spring bed (180cm x 200cm) for your recreative sleep.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee pad machine, kettle, toaster and everything you need for cooking and self-catering.

There is a shower, a hair dryer and a towel heater in the bathroom.

Internet is available and so is TV, a music system with connectivity to MP3 players and USB sticks. There is also an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included, too.

Minimum stay:
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at least two nights.

Excellent stay

This is an amazing property, location is absolutely fantastic, near the centre, near beautiful views of the maschsee and neues rathaus. The property is clean, all you could want, the host is amazing and very communicative . Any issues are sorted immediately, would have no hesitation in staying here again. Just to state, having stayed here with family over the last thirty years, you will.not find a better location and apartment to stay in Hannover. Einfach weltklasse

Gesucht wurde eine Unterkunft für 5 Nächte im Bereich Hannover Mitte, um kurze Wege zu unserem Arbeitsaufenthalt (Studioaufnahmen) zu haben.. Nicht nur, dass die Wohnung wie beschrieben tip top sauber und super eingerichtet ist, die liegt auch super zentral, und dennoch in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße (nimmt man mal die Müllwagen und Laubpuster, wo kein Laub ist aus), so dass man alle zu fuß erreichen kann. Maschsee, Parks , Innenstadt, alles 5- 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein rundum gelunger Glücksgriff, diese Wohnung zu diesem Zeitpunkt zu bekommen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Und das im sehr guten Zustand. Für den Hochsommer ist der Ventilator eine exzellente Lösung. Nur wer Treppensteigen nicht mag, der dürfte es hier einen klitzekleinen Wehrmutstropfen finden...die tolle Wohnung liegt im 3 Stock (mit Hochpaterre 3,5) ohne Fahrstuhl. Für uns war es eine willkommene Abwechselung zum Sitzjob in Studio. Der Kontakt war super schnell und unkompliziert und äußerorkommend. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, hell, gut und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Aufenthalt sich wünscht. Buchung und Schlüsselübergabe waren sehr unkompliziert. Die Lage ist herrlich zentral und in der Nähe des Maschsees. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Sehr Zentral, schicke Wohnung

Schöne Wohnung, gut allerdings liegt in der 4. Etage ohne Aufzug. Appartement lässt sich nicht richtig abdunkeln (kein lichtundurchlässiger Vorhang). Räder nur beengt über schmale Treppe in den Keller zu bringen.

Zentral und günstig

Tolle Wohnung, liegt sehr zentral und doch nur wenige Schritte vom Maschsee und vom Maschteich entfernt. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten über Nacht, das war uns wichtig. Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Quartier.

A lovely stay in Hannover.

Our stay at this property was great and we would stay again in the future. The space is light and airy, and very clean. The kitchenette is well equipped and helps make the room a home. The location is convenient to central Hannover; it's great for walking to shopping and sites, and is also close to a metro line. It's in a quiet residential building on a quiet residential street. The building does not have an elevator/lift so if that is something you need, be sure to inquire with the owner regarding the apartment level. Thank you Dorothee.

Quiet and Central

This apartment is located on a side street close to the city center. It is in walking distance to two different subway lines, a regular supermarket and an organic food store and, of course, to the city center itself. The apartment is light and clean. It is on the smaller side, but has everything one needs. It was perfect for me and I really enjoyed my stay here.

Zentrale Lage

Die Wohnung ist zentral am Maschpark gelegen, die Innenstadt von dort aus sehr gut fußläufig zu erkunden. Sehr ruhige Lage mit Blick auf den begrünten Innenhof.

Wir sind mit einem zehn Wochen alten Säugling im eigenen Bett angereist und sind in dem Appartement gut zurecht gekommen. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos funktioniert, die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr interessiert an unserem Wohl. Alles war sauber. Die Wohnlage ist ruhig und doch zentral. Zentrales,gemütliches kleines Apartement

Wir wurden von der Vermieterin,direkt am Appartement sehr nett in Empfang genommen. Das Appartement bietet alles,was man für ein paar schöne Tage in Hannover zu zweit benötigt. Unschlagbar ist die mega Zentrale Lage des Appartement. Wir haben alles sehr gut zu Fuss erreichen können. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterung war bei Fragen immer möglich und sehr freundlich. Wir würden Jederzeit wieder buchen!!!
