We loved the decor and all the details of the home. Located to major attractions. Parking is on the street but manageable. Overall a 5 star property. Host was spectacular. Nice and cozy getaway u
We had a great stay. The only problem is, we have yet to receive our refundable $1500 deposit back. It has been longer than the number of days stated in the policy. Please advise.
Loved our stay. Restaurants and a terrific bakery in walking distance of home. House was as pictured and a really nice place to stay. Would definitely stay again.
My husband and I stayed with a couple of our friends during the week. The host was quick to respond to questions, and the home was very comfortable - and decorated so lovely! It was also pretty close to everything we did in the city, which was a bonus! Would stay again.
Stayed with adult children for wedding - great place to congregate for meals and day to day activities while also having private space to retreat. Conveniently located to everything either walking, driving or Uber. Would stay here again to visit family.
Stayed at the house with family. Everything was very nice. Attentive owner. We enjoyed the house. Loved the porch, spent one morning on the porch with coffee watching a storm come through the area-it was great.
We stayed 2 nights to visit Cinci and run the Spartan Super 10k. The house was perfect. Neighborhood was quiet. Close to Xavier University and just a short trip to get to downtown. Highly recommend and will rebook in the future when we come back to Cinci.
My four adult kids stayed with my husband and I to celebrate my daughter who graduated from Xavier. Everything was great, location, proximity to restaurants, Cintas Center, our daughters home and food delivery was super easy.
Nicely decorated, plenty of room for the five of us. Close to Eden park, Mt Adams, the zoo and plenty of other attractions. Great value for the price!

Nice Inside, But Really Bad Neighborhood
The inside of the house was great and very clean! The only exception was that the garbage disposal was broken and labeled don't use, and the furniture was all cheap Ikea furniture.
The neighborhood, however, was really bad. The houses in the neighborhood look essentially abandoned with broken and boarded up windows. This was one of maybe three houses in the neighborhood that had been fixed up and repainted. The streets were also tiny and full of parked cars, even though the houses looked abandoned. It was very difficult to navigate through the street because there was barely room for one car with all the cars parked on both sides of the street.
My family decided to do Thanksgiving in Cincinnati this year. The house was great and so were the hosts. Plenty of space and well equipped. We were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
Everything about our time at this beautiful property was excellent. The location is great, an easy quick walk to the XU campus and a great brewery, Listermann Brewing Company.
The house is beautiful and cozy and it’s very well stocked, you will find everything you need. Beds are very comfortable.
Also the owners were great with communication and follow up.
My husband and I, our three children and their +ones stayed in this beautiful home for our weekend trip to Cincinnati. The home was perfect! Easy check in, nicely accommodated and great communication with the owner. Will definitely stay again!
One of the ladies left a pair of silver hoops earrings either in 1st bedroom on the left or the bathroom. Can you please let us know either way regarding the earrings. Larry
The house was great ... very clean and well appointed ... looked like just about everything had been updated. There was one parking space in front most of the time ... if there are more cars than one in your party then parking could be a problem. The street is narrow and cars park on both sides.
The neighborhood appears to be going through a renewal period ... this house was probably one of the best on the block. Having said that, it was very quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the mornings. The location is very convenient to downtown Cincinnati and the Zoo. Overall, it was very comfortable and the host was easy to work with. I would recommend staying here when you are in Cincinnati.
