A View to a Dome -1/2 Mile Walk to Notre Dame Campus!

Are you looking for a spacious home for a large group within a short walk of campus? Look no further! This newly built home is located just a half mile walk from campus and is great for large families. It comes with 3 rooms fit with queen beds, a loft with 2 bunk beds, and a pull out sofa bed. You will be within walking distance of the Eddy Street restaurants or can take advantage of the Weber gas grill. Don't forget to take a minute to look down the street to enjoy the view of the Golden Dome!

The Space:

A big screen TV on the main floor with open space from dining room to kitchen with eat at island to living room gives ample space for everyone to eat, drink, cook, and watch the big game.

The kids room has an Xbox One with gaming chairs and a foosball table. Combined with the always popular bunk beds, the fight over who get's the top bunk will only be rivaled by who gets the air mattress.

Downstairs is completely finished with a seating for 5 wet bar, refrigerator, super sized 70" flat screen, and a sectional designed for the champion napper. There is even a blender.

In the garage, you will find extra chairs, a tent to use for tailgating and a cornhole set that you can use in the garage or in the spacious backyard.

Deciding where best to hang out with friends and family will be your biggest worry, while staying at the best place for all things Notre Dame.

Great stay in South Bend

This is an ideal property for Notre Dame weddings, football games, or other events. It's spacious, conveniently located, and well maintained. We would recommend it to any large group staying in South Bend.

Notre Dame Wedding Stay

Great house for my family to stay in for my daughter's wedding at the Basilica of Sacred Heart. Very comfortable, well stocked, walking distance to ND, shopping etc. Property manager was very responsive to my questions. We all had a blast and enjoyed the venue.

Thank you for sharing your clean and well-maintained rental with our family. We noticed your guidance to not wear shoes upstairs on the carpet, so we ensured our guests abided by the rules. Notre Dame vs. USC weekender

Had a great time in South Bend for a long weekend. House was close enough to walk to campus which was super helpful after the game! the house is new and super clean. If I had one recommendation it would be to improve the bedding-sheets & comforters were very low quality.

Beautiful home with a view of the dome!

We had the best time staying here and will absolutely come back - hopefully again next year! The home was as or more beautiful than the pictures and fully equipped to make our stay comfortable. Everything was clean and comfortable and felt like a proper luxury rental home (not the awkward feeling of staying in someone’s real house where it feels like they just moved out for the weekend!). The owner and property manager were super kind and very helpful - pleasures to work with! We came as 2 families and the bunk room was perfect for the kids - and there was a huge walk in closet in the master bedroom that was perfect for a baby pack n play ;) Absolutely wonderful home!

AMAZING stay in South Bend!

We've stayed in many rental homes across the country and around the world, but this stay might have been our best ever. The house was beautiful, extremely spacious, and very clean. the location near campus was outstanding, and the hosts provided everything we could have possibly needed. Heather, the property manager, was kind and very helpful, always responding quickly to any question we had. It was a great weekend, and we would unhesitatingly recommend this property to others.

Brand New Home

This house is a perfect location to enjoy Notre Dame ! It’s a brand new house and was very clean and well decorated ! I hope everyone takes care of it and it will continue to be a nice place to stay ! The property manager , Dave was so helpful and thoughtful! We really appreciated his caring nature ! Each night we sat on the porch and enjoyed the energy of the beautiful, amazing campus and friendly people that passed by each afternoon!
