It’s not fancy, which i found comfortable and cozy. The heating system was a little confusing, so recommend clarity before heading up in winter. Location and access were great. FYI, stairs have no good railing, making it a little difficult. We really enjoyed ourselves and plan to go back.
The condo was just as described. The host was quick and easy to communicate with. The location is great, walking distance to grocery store and a few restaurants.
It was a very nice quiet neighborhood, close to the town with lots to do. The place was very clean, well decorated and felt very homely. I’d definitely recommend people to choose this as their vacation spot.
Great location and exactly what we were looking for
We needed a place to stay in Mammoth for the three of us plus our dog. The place was clean and had enough space for all of us. We liked that we could walk into town. We also enjoyed playing Pickleball on the tennis court at the location.
Very cute apt conveniently located with well-stocked kitchen and comfy beds. Highly recommend.

Overall decent stay. Great location, firewood provided, pet friendly. Downstairs bathroom sink makes horrible noises when trying to use hot water. Extra blanket in the closet has burnt holes. Other than that the property is ok if you don’t have high expectations.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Needs TLC
Basic maintenance needs to be performed: Shower door in downstairs bath coming off top holding guide.
Downstairs bedroom window screen has a nail On the right side and a large screw on the left. Screen is bent and doesn’t cover the open window allowing in flying bugs.
Furniture is in fair shape.
Someone should clean the dirt build up on the left side of the refrigerator??
Nice location close to everything in town.
Property was clean and within an easy walk of shops and restaurants. There were some minor problems with the stove, only one burner worked consistently. Otherwise, the kitchen was very well-stocked with most everything you would need to cook or bake. The t.v. was unpredictable and hard to navigate. The walls are a little thin, can hear the neighbors at times, but not much of a problem. Overall, a nice space, I liked the loft and the high ceiling. Very comfortable for a family vacation.
This condo is clean. It is very dated, new pillows on the couch, old burn holes in the kitchen chair cushions, kitchen oven mittens are old and stained, mattresses, specifically on the bunk bed (very squeaky and uncomfortable), all would be good upgrades. Overall, cozy and comfortable place with a easy quick location to the green line shuttle service (on eagle side of mtn), great place for a weekend. We needed to leave early (at 1:30 pm on Sat) due to weather conditions and no refund was offered. We received a evacuation notice on Friday afternoon while skiing. Decided to stay as long as possible before we evacuated the area. It was a fun couple of days!
We booked this spot because it was the best price we could find for a group of 6 non-related adults and our dogs. It ended up being nicer than expected. The rooms were spacious and the living room was very comfortable. It was walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shops. The bus to Eagle Lodge was very convenient. Parking was also very easy right in front. The only complaint about the unit itself is the oven. It is extremely old and did not function well. We had a hard time turning the oven on, an even harder time getting it to the right temperature, and, worst of all, a hard time turning it off. If you're intending to do a lot of cooking this might not be the unit for you.
We did have an issue with the property management company. There was a storm the day before we were supposed to arrive and another in the forecast the day we were supposed to leave. I messaged them a few days before our trip and was told that we could get a refund if the roads were closed. The roads did reopen the day we were to depart for Mammoth, but with lots of warnings to avoid travel to the area. I called and was told, since the roads are open, we would not get a refund if we cancelled. We decided to go anyways but we actually had to leave the night before our reservation ended because we were worried about getting stuck. It would be nice if the property management company was more attuned to warnings from CalTrans and the Sheriff's department and offered a refund in case of travel warnings, not just road closures. Especially if there could be a storm after someone arrives that leaves them stranded in Mammoth Lakes.
We enjoyed our stay - the check in/check out process was beyond easy. The condo was cute and clean. The beds were a bit older and not too comfortable but everything else was great.
