Quietly located in the heart of Toulouse's historic center, Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming 55 m² apartment which can accommodate up to 2 people.
All the monuments and places to visit are within easy reach, as are all the shopping streets for your souvenirs and shopping sprees.
Separate bedroom with hotel-quality double bed. Private parking space included in the apartment reservation, located in the basement of the building (wide, easy access).

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with sofa, flat-screen TV equipped with Netflix and a dining area.
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), for which we provide bed linen, bath towels and household linen. It also has a dressing area for your belongings.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with hob, fridge, cooking utensils, microwave, fan-assisted oven, dishwasher... The coffee machine is a Nespresso.
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin with mirror and toilet. A washing machine and hairdryer are also available.

Apartment fine; problem with vagrant people.

Apartment itself was nice. Our stay was spoiled by the bands of homeless men and their dogs who lived directly below the windows of the apartment. Lowering the metal security grates made us feel safe, but it was unpleasant. The men were noisy and when they snored it was as if they were in the apartment with us. They tortured their dogs in the night. The police came many times, but the men always returned. The agency could not help us. Such a shame; liked the apartment and ease of parking in the building.

Superb Location

We enjoyed the location of this apartment very much - right in the middle of everything. One could park the car in the parkade and walk everywhere. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops all very close by. The apartment was just fine…a bit lacking in some utensils and dishes. Not much for personality. The bare minimum was provided. Lighting could have been better. We found the couch to be very uncomfortable for sitting; glad we didn’t have to sleep on it! Very comfortable king bed….nice bathroom, appreciated the washing machine. Some better instructions about where to leave garbage, how to get in and out of the parkade, how to operate an induction stove would have been helpful but we managed to figure it all out. Pictures online make it look better than it really is.

Le Central Perk L’entretien n’a pas été complétée. La vaisselle sale des occupants précédents étaient restées dans le lave-vaisselle, de plus il n’y avait aucune capsule de detergents à vaisselle. Nous avons signale le problème à l’agence responsable, ca leur a pris plus de 24 heures à nous répondre. Ils se sont confondus en excuse, mais personne n’est venu nous donner des capsules, donc nous avons fait la vaisselle manuellement pendant 4 jours. De plus, il n’y avait pas de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle. On a dû utiliser des papiers pour sécher la vaisselle avant notre depart. Nous n’avions qu’un seul sac pour les déchets domestiques, pour un séjour de 4 jours c’est peu. D’autre part, le lit et la literie étaient très confortables, la salle de bain 1 serviette de bain par personne, la douche très bien avec un bon débit d’eau. Le logement est bien situé tout se fait à pied, le stationnement intérieur sécuritaire et facile d’accès.
