4 Bedroom House + 1 Bedroom Cottage

Spacious and sunny 4 bedroom, 2 bath main home plus a very nice detached 1 bedroom cottage with additional Murphy Bed. Units can be rented separately. Both have fast Internet/WiFi and desks for working at home. Main home has Chef's kitchen and a baby grand piano. Cottage has a large walk in closet, built in sound throughout and distinctive architectural touches. Swimming pool and laundry facilities are shared with the cottage. AC is provided by portable units in the main house and via a split system (heating/cooling) in the cottage. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share skylight airspace. Bed, bath, square footage counts reflect combined dwellings. Great, quiet neighborhood.
