South-west facing, not overlooked, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Located 900 m from the ski slopes in a family ski resort: Alpe du Grand Serre (38) 40 km from Grenoble. Large lot 900 m2. Free outside Car park.
Furnished rental (new equipped kitchen (2023), TV, Radio, Small appliances, etc.) by the week only, during school holidays (1200€ at Christmas, 1300€ in February and 1100€ at Easter and July/August) or low season (900€). Charges (EDF, Water) in reality in addition. Capacity 9 people.
Pets not allowed. Non-smokers only
Rough rental conditions with security deposit and excess for dammage and cleaning.
