Residence: The chalet Chez Simone is located in the village of Flumet. The Evettes and Notre Dame de Bellecombe ski slopes are 3.5km away. The ski bus is taken from the Flumet tourist office, 450m away on foot. In summer, you can get to the lake and its leisure center in 15 minutes on foot. The village of Flumet is located in the heart of the Espace Diamant. With its 192 km of slopes and its 6 connected village resorts (Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz sur Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, Hauteluce), everyone will find what they are looking for to fully enjoy their vacation. The foot of the Flume slopes is located at a place called Les Evettes, one of the entrances to discover the Espace Diamant. In summer, you will be close to numerous trails for pleasant walks or mountain bike rides. The Evettes chairlift, open 2 days a week, gives you easy access to the most beautiful panoramas of the Aravis. The Flumet lake and its leisure center are a 15-minute walk away.

Description : *On the FIRST LEVEL: Access to the first level from the stairs leading up from the garage, a dormitory room with 2 bunk beds and a single bed (3*90) and access to the terrace, a double bedroom (180 bed), a bathroom bathroom with bathtub and shower, separate toilet and a laundry area with washer-dryer. *ON THE SECOND LEVEL: a spacious and bright living room, an open kitchen equipped with: a four-burner induction hob with integrated hood, an oven, a microwave, a freezer, all opening onto the balcony with a view of the village and mountains and access to the lower level terrace. This room also includes a lounge area with fireplace and television. This floor is completed by a shower room and a guest toilet. *ON THE THIRD LEVEL: two bedrooms with two twin beds (2x2*90), a double bedroom (1*180), a mezzanine area for children. * Parking spaces in front of the chalet and a parking space in the garage. * Skiroom in the garage. * WIFI INCLUDED (fiber). *Pets not accepted. It offers all the comfort necessary for pleasant stays with family or friends in Val d'Arly, bed linen and bathroom linen are included.
