It was a relaxing getaway!

The pictures are what you get cute little one bedroom oceanfront we just might make it. Yearly thing..it was such a perfect getaway. We were there a mon-fri....Wifi is a bit horrible the closer it got to the weekend and the more people checked in...luckily we weren't concerned with our devices too much.

Great Property

This is a wonderful place for the money! The unit was just as described and had everything we needed. The communication with the property manager was wonderful and we had no issues but feel like they would be promptly addressed if we did. The staff on site are friendly and the location is convenient to many fun activities! I would recommend to anyone wanting a nice spot on the beach with multiple pools and a great bargain for a vacation! We will definitely come back!

Perfect for our girls trip 💙

Check in was so smooth, loved not having to wait in long lines to speak to the front desk. The room was cute and cozy. The towels were nice and thick like the ones you buy for yourself at home. The kitchen was nicely updated. It looked very clean and crisp. They didn’t have measuring cups but they had just about every other utensil/pot that you would need to make breakfast or dinner. We enjoyed early mornings with coffee on the balcony with a beautiful view. The pools were clean and maintained daily. We ordered some drinks from the little bar/hut in the pool area and they were the best drinks we were served our entire trip. We did experience some congestion with the main elevators but a nice guest informed us they had more elevators if you were willing to walk a little further for them. Also, I forgot to print the parking pass before our departure but thankfully you can write the information they give you on a sheet of paper and place it in the window and I thought that was SO convenient.

The location and the view was good.But the cleaning and the staff was very terrible. The elevator horrible. My room was not clean correctly, trash can was dirty, bathroom was not clean correctly! I really dislike the fact that every time you guys was sending e-mail and saying to leave the room clean. You guys need to clean the room better and have them modern!

Nice condo! good amenities and beach

I was initially very put off by the check in process with the rental company who required a picture if my drivers license/credit card and for me to sign my name on a piece of paper to verify signature before they would send me door lock code even though condo was prepaid already! I found that unusual and unsettling but ended up agreeing to it to avoid extra drive to meet them at their office. Condo was nice and newly remodeled (did still smell like paint which I didn’t care for) Beach was very nice and condo building had good amenities! * All though you won’t have access to onsite restaurant and game room booking through here and there was not a lot in the imitate area within walking distance but can order in through grub hub/door dash etc. North Myrtle beach was quiet and more residential. Which can be good or bad depending on what your looking to do.

Lovely condo with a beautiful view

We loved our stay as the condo was clean and had a beautiful view. The management company was extremely accessible and responsive. The only downside was that we didn’t have access to the condo community restaurant, but we wanted to go out to local restaurants anyway so it wasn’t a big deal.

Great room and location!

This rental was absolutely adorable. Cute room and great price for a weekend getaway. Although I will say half the room looks updated while the other half is dated. Also a few basic things like a hairdryer, decent iron/ ironing board We we’re expecting but no hairdryer and the iron provided looked as if it hadn’t been used for years. I was Honestly scared to use it and ruin my clothing. Also there was construction going on so not all the pools were available to use which was a bummer but understandable. Overall we give our stay a 4/5 for minor inconveniences. Thank you to Julie and her team for hosting us. We look forward to possibly coming back in the future!

We just loved the beachfront view from this condo the first time we visited! Our young child enjoys the pools and beach area! We have designed it so the condo is spacious with beachy modern furnishings and colors. If you want that personal touch while on vacation, then you have come to the right spot. We do everything possible to make your vacation as relaxing as possible. We absolutely love staying here and we hope you do too!

What makes this property unique

Welcome to your Ocean Front Retreat with views of the ocean from almost anywhere in the condo! Our one-bedroom oceanfront condo on the 9th floor sleeps up to 6 and has one bedroom (two queen beds), one bathroom, and a separate living area (with a sofa bed), which is open to the kitchen. The kitchen is also stocked with any items you might need for your stay including pots, pans, glasses, utensils, cheese grater, cutting board, can opener, knives, coffee maker, veggie peeler. The kitchen is open to the living area which includes a dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa that pulls out into a bed.

We want your stay to be comfortable and fun, so we provide toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and dish towels so you can start your vacation right away!
