Notre réservation a été refusée par la propriétaire qui ne louait plus son logement. nous avons dû passer de nombreux appels téléphoniques avec re re explications et attendre 8 jours pour obtenir le remboursement d'1 semaine de location débité en totalité et ceci malgré l'intervention de la propriétaire.
