About this property

Perfect views for relaxing!

This beautiful home is ready to make your lake getaway perfect! It sits on a shaded, waterfront lot with a sidewalk concrete breakwall and access to 150 feet of OPEN water which makes it great for swimming and relaxing. You will have a 6 mile view and a constant southern wind to help keep you cool.

The house has a huge deck with outdoor furniture, an open floor plan with great room, kitchen with huge island, breakfast area that seats 4, and a dining room that can seat 8...It also has an outdoor shower and Quartzite countertops throughout the house. There is plenty of space for everyone and Ping-pong table in the garage for some friendly competition!

The master/bath and one guest room/bath are downstairs, and there are 2 more guest rooms/bath upstairs, along with a special lounge area for the kids.

Additional notes: Please contact if more than 8 guests for additional sleeping options. There is internet and a large screen TV, but we spend most of our time outdoors or playing games (Boathouse has NOT been constructed yet, but there are mooring balls to anchor, and you will have access to a local ramp if needed.)

Fantastic waterside stay

We booked a long weekend with friends to experience the total eclipse in early April and the house was almost as awesome as the totally awesome eclipse. We arrived pretty late at night, after dark, so the setting for the house was really a pleasant surprise in the morning. Check in was easy, despite having to brave lots of flying insects attracted to our headlights and a few lights on the exterior of the house. We stopped worrying when we discovered they weren’t mosquitos, at least not at that time of year. The bedrooms were each very comfortable with great mattresses and high quality sheets. Two kids shared a room with twin beds, and each couple had very private space. Bedrooms are spread out in different corners of the house and on different floors, giving a lot of privacy. In the morning we explored fully stocked kitchen and the huge yard. We had everything we needed on both counts. The owner was easy to reach and readily gave permission for us to use kayaks and a paddle board. We were on the water for a few hours each day, and cooked some great meals in between. Swimming was a little chilly in early April, but not nearly as bad as we expected. Such a great place!

Super clean, new house right on the water

This house has just been built. It has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms and is very well equipped. The only drawback was there is no dock, but neighbors helped us out so we could use theirs. Owners are super nice and very very helpful. Great value for the nightly rate and would highly recommend.

Beautiful Home

The house still smells new and has a great layout and aesthetic. We enjoyed the view of the lake from indoors and had a great time outside too (even caught a few fish). The beds and couch were comfy, the kitchen had everything you need. We really enjoyed the home.

Great time at the lake

Very clean, new-built property on wide open water. Plenty of room for two families with kids. Big kitchen with modern appliances, perfect for hanging out.
