Located in the amenity-rich community of Bishop's Landing, this spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home offers the perfect spot for your next vacation. The open floor plan includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and large family room with flat-screen television and ample seating. The first-floor owner's suite has a king-size bed, television, and private bath with a soaking tub. This floor also offers an office, ideal for those working remotely, a half bath and laundry room!
The second floor has a second owner's bedroom with a king-size bed, television, and a full bath. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor, one with two sets of bunk beds, the other two full-size beds and a shared full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Living space with a television is also located on the second floor.
A screened porch and open patio with dining area and a fire pit for your outdoor living space.
The large community pool is only a 1-minute walk from the property. Additionally, there is a basketball court, pickle ball court, and tennis courts, along with a fitness center. Guests are required to pay the prevailing rate and complete an application online prior to the start of the reservation. This property comes with 8 wristbands and 1 fob for entrance into the community pool. As per HOA, no additional bands or fobs may be purchased. $25 fee for a lost wristband & a $50 fee for a lost fob will be charged to the Guest if those items are not returned upon check out. The HOA is responsible for the cost and availability of any amenity in this community.
Bishops Landing is located in Millville, just a short 3.5-mile drive to Bethany Beach and all of the attractions in downtown Bethany Beach such as beautiful beaches, the boardwalk, amazing restaurants, and shopping. There are 6 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, 4 bicycles, 2 scooters, an additional fridge in the garage, and a BBQ grill for guests' use.
Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.
**To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed. You will be contacted by a property manager rental agent to go over the details.**
