Located within minutes of the finest beaches, LEGOLAND, and restaurants. A quick drive to Four Season's Aviara Golf Course, La Costa Resort and Spa. Go South on Interstate 5 and you are close to Encinitas, Art, Del Mar Racetrack, La Jolla, Torrey Pines and SeaWorld. Jump on the Coaster and visit downtown San Diego, Harbor and the World Famous Zoo. This condo is also within driving distance of WaterParks, San Diego Wild Animal Park, Casinos, Disneyland or Knottsberry Farm. Pets on approval, for an additional fee.

Perfect beach location

This place is absolutely amazing. Perfect location, very comfortable beds, easy walk to anything you could want, and the perfect view from the living room and balcony. You can hear the waves from all the rooms. The kitchen is well stocked and good tv’s and internet.

Great Location

This was a great place to stay for a few days at the beach. Initially, parking was challenging, but I was able to find a closer spot once the day visitors had gone. A great location if you want to walk to beach, restaurants, shopping, or the train to San Diego.

Location, location, location!

Fabulous location, right in the beach, no more than 1/2 mile walk to restaurants, bars,shops and cafes. Listing was accurate (one portable AC unit), not super updated but more than enough!! Can’t beat the location, no matter what.

Amazing experience

The location is awesome, right on the beach with great views and love the balcony. Perfect for a couple who wants to get away and the entire town is walkable from here….we were the for 6 days and our car wasn’t used once. We will be back.

We were the first occupants after the condo got updated with a new bathroom and kitchen countertops. There were some minor issues that weren’t quite completed but Roger, from property management, efficiently resolved the issues in a very timely manner. I would stay again.

Happy beach vibes

I recently had major surgery and was able to use our time here to recover for a few days. You can hear the waves crashing from every room in the house. It's AMAZING. There are lots of restaurants and shops within waking distance (and a Starbucks for my husband), so it made it easy to get food, etc. Parking can be a challenge, even after 7pm when the beachgoers seem to be leaving or gone, but we were able to find spots eventually. The windows are paper thin and since there's no AC you need to leave the door and windows open, so you need to be ok with the sounds of babies, kids, teenagers and noisy people in general. For me, it just blended in with the sound of the waves and gave me perfect nap background noise. If you're used to VRBOs that provide some of the usual kitchen supplies (coffee, coffee filters, tea, etc.) be sure to bring your own.. Other than that, it has everything you need. Sitting on the patio, I saw a huge pod of dolphins as well as an adorable sea lion swimming south along the beach. Perfect place to convalesce.

Waves slapping on the Sand

Great location, overlooks beach, close to restaurants, shopping. Rental itself is charmingly old school in archetectural style. Unit could use a full length mirror, coasters, maybe a comfy chair in L.R., and deco pillows on sofa as seen in picture. All in all, I really enjoyed my mini vaca there. Great price!

Great location, worse for wear

The location is terrific, shops and restaurants a block away. The view is nice enough, however the condo is a bit worse for wear. The deck furniture and deck/beach furniture/gear (chairs, etc) is worn, dirty and a bit rusted. No door mats inside which they really need, very sparse amenities (bring your own coffee filters, etc), windows/screens don't feel very secure, no screen on door to deck (not a slider) so sleeping with that open is not doable, which means no air circulation. The door opens to a stoop on the street/sidewalk and the far bedroom windows also face the sidewalk, so you need to be comfortable with that. Definitely not the same unit in the picture or very, very old picture. Clean inside, very basic, great location.

We loved this cozy beach house. It’s right on the beach and has a deck with a view. The house was clean and comfortable and the check in and check out was smooth. We’ll be coming back again. We’ve also stayed in unit D and enjoyed that experience as well.
